Slurp down runny eggs, devour strips of bacon, and knock back awesome coffee at these excellent brunch spots nestled within the lush, tranquil confines of Dempsey Hill, Singapore
We’ll go pretty much anywhere for a great brunch in Singapore, but there are days when we want escape to somewhere serene and calm between the precious hours of sunrise and early afternoon. The first place that (usually) pops into our heads? Dempsey Hill, a gourmet haven set against lush tropical greenery, and, naturally, we have a list of 10 delish brunches to be had in the neighbourhood.
PS.Café needs no introduction, but that’s not stopping us from raving about their brunch! One of their signature brunch dishes is croque madame (pictured above) with shaved Ardenne smoked ham, gratineed montreux guyere cheese on rustic bread and topped with a fried egg. This brunch isn’t just limited to the Harding Road outlet; head to Palais Renaissance, Ann Siang Hill, or Paragon, and check out their respective brunch creations too.
