Inspired by the medieval German lyrical poet, Walther von der Vogelweide, it’s whimsical and decked out in lush greenery and flowers. It’s pretty far from the city with only one bus that’ll drop you close by, but that means extra peace and adds to the fairytale-like ambience. This dog-friendly cafe is probably the first bird-themed spot in Singapore, and it should be your next stop for brunch with your furkid. Opt for indoor seating or settle outside by the long white tables. One must-try I recommend? The fried chicken and pancakes. You’ll enjoy deliciously crispy chicken on house-made buttermilk pancakes and chilli maple syrup. Psst: portion sizes are pretty hefty, so don’t get too overzealous when you order.
