Located in the very heart of Sanur, Koa Shala Spa is quietly nestled down a banana palm-lined avenue, and once you step through the gate away from the hustle and bustle of life on the street, a peaceful garden sanctuary awaits.Unwind on the deck under the mango trees and listen to the babbling brook and bird song, before being whisked away for an ahhh-inducing massage. Our fave is the Mother Earth massage, best paired with a Pilates class in the open-air garden Yoga Shala.

The Nest Beachside Spa
The Nest Beachside Spa had us at “toes-in the sand treatments”, not to mention the promise of affordable pampering, right beside the seaside. The choices are all yours here: go for an easy-breezy mani-pedi on the sand, or take the bliss indoors with a chilled-out massage, body wrap, scrub, facial and so much more – all in a sun-soaked and air-conditioned space.

Sister to The Nest Beachside Spa (above), The Nest Boutique Spa offers all the same blissful spa treatments and professional therapists as its pampering predecessor, but this one comes with a downtown location.
