Beauty Products in Bali
Island goddesses are no myth. With these Balinese beauty brands packed full of natural goodness, you’ll be glowing like royalty in no time.
Sensatia Botanicals
Made in Bali with natural, organic products, Sensatia Botanicals’ products are deliciously good. What’s more, the company employs local people and uses products from suppliers in the surrounding area – got to get your coconuts and loofah sponges from somewhere, right? Basically, the more of these eco-friendly but body-decadent products we buy, the more good we’re doing in the world! We first discovered them at the spa at Sentosa in Seminyak and have since become a little bit addicted, especially to the tropical wildflower body butter.
Bathe
It was the antique claw foot bath filled with yellow rubber ducks that first drew us into Bathe’s chic apothecary-style beauty shop on Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak. Living in the tropics, our skin takes a fair beating and we’ve been absolutely addicted to the sunscreen from day one. The kids adore the shampoos, conditioners, and bubbles, and the big fella is quite partial to the heavyweight body lotion. We can’t wait to check out the new goodies at the Bathe store that’s just opened on Batu Belig.
Enfants du Paradis
Enfants du Paradis is a very chic Australian-owned label that was established in Bali a few years ago by designer and artist Kirsty Ludbrook. This organic and botanical beauty brand is free from nasty chemicals and isn’t tested on animals. It has a great range of products for face and body and the age defying age serums in the leather travel roll is de rigeur for jetsetters. Visit the Seminyak store and check out their gorgeous range of silk kimonos and travel accessories as well.
