3. Analog

Travel back in time to the retro 70s at Analog – Bingin’s surfer cafe brewing the best coffee in the neighbourhood alongside Scandinavian-inspired breakfasts and superfood smoothies. Or, nab a seat outside and catch up over coffee with mates.

Located in both Canggu and Uluwatu, we brunch at Baked for its incredible bakery selection and specialty coffee (the beans are from Sulawesi and Java. But that’s just the beginning. All of this within a lofty, breezy space overlooking forest-like greenery and an outdoor courtyard. As for the food? Think creamy avocado atop still-warm sourdough, and gooey fried eggs with a slab of bacon inside a buttery croissant. We also love the French Toast (soaked overnight for maximum flavour) with dark chocolate cremeaux and raspberry semifreddo. For lunch and dinner, the menu gets heartier, with sandwiches, steaks, burgers and pasta. It’s the kind of place where you can swing by for a wholesome brunch, snag a pastry for the road, or gather the gang for a wood-fired feast. And psst – it’s dog-friendly too!
