The Best Spas in Canggu
1. AMO Spa
Wellness hub with sauna, ice baths, oxygen facials and a social recovery scene.

AMO Spa covers A LOT in one place. It’s most famous for its full recovery and bathhouse setup with steam, sauna, ice baths, and Epsom salt pools. But it’s also the most popular spa in Canggu for facials, massages and a never-ending menu of beauty treatments (there are over 1000 nail colours to choose from!). It’s not a typical white-and-beige spa either… it’s moody and industrial, NYC-style.
The oxygen facial is worth booking if your skin’s been hit by sun and salt, and the massages are nice and strong, delivered on a heated bed. In fact, every treatment here goes above and beyond the usual, with optional add-ons like CO2 Carboxy Therapy, Theragun Release, Full Body Dry Brushing and even a JetSet Package that drops you off at the airport after a sauna sesh.
There’s also a cafe and bar on-site, so don’t be surprised if you run into half of Canggu here.
Best for: State-of-the-art spa treatments, plus wellness and recovery.
Recommended treatments: Give Me Oxygen Facial, Amo Bathhouse Package, Perfect Nails Mani & Pedi.
Price range: A 60-minute massage starts from IDR 400,000.
Address: Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong No. 69, Canggu.
Opening Hours: Daily, 8am – 10pm.

2. Ameline Beauty & Spa
Open-air, eco-conscious spa with plant-based treatments and nature-led wellness rituals.

I simply love Ameline Beauty & Spa – it’s one of the more calming spas in Canggu, set against greenery with breezy, semi-outdoor treatment rooms. It feels a world away from the traffic – more like Ubud, but without leaving Canggu.
What keeps me coming back is their focus on natural, locally sourced ingredients. I’m talking fresh aloe vera, virgin coconut oil and even banana leaves used as a wrap – all sourced from Balinese communities. It’s a more mindful, low-waste approach to beauty, without compromising on comfort.
The botanical banana leaf hair ritual is my fave – it locks in moisture and helped to restore my dry, sun-damaged hair. It’s often combined into full-body experiences like the Total Relaxation Wellness package. I also rate the Ameline Signature Massage for proper muscle release, or the Soul Connection combo treatment if you’re after something more meditative and grounding.
Despite the polished feel, there’s a personal story behind this Canggu spa. The founder started Ameline from a small living room setup, and it’s grown into a multi-city brand without losing that attention to detail.
Best for: Plant-based treatments using natural, local ingredients.
Recommended treatments: Total Relaxation Wellness, Soul Connection, Ameline Signature Massage
Price range: A 60-minute massage starts from IDR 348,000.
Address: Jl. Padang Linjong, Canggu.
Opening hours: Daily, 10am – 9pm.

3. Estetica Belle
A results-driven beauty studio in Pererenan, best for personalised beauty treatments from head-to-toe.

If you’re looking for a results-focused beauty studio that goes beyond the basics, Estetica Belle in Pererenan is it. It’s built a loyal following over the years, and I can totally see why. The owner is an internationally trained artist that’s brought her global techniques to Bali, and the studio itself is warm and welcoming. The staff all remembered my name, and I even received a personalised consultation before my treatment.
It’s a true head-to-toe destination, covering everything from facials and nails, to brows and lashes – all under one roof. Treatments aren’t trend-led or rushed. Instead, everything is tailored to your skin or beauty goals.
The Glass Skin Glow Facial is the standout for me. It works deep into the pores to cleanse, refine texture, and remove congestion, followed by dermaplaning to exfoliate facial hair and any dead skin. They even offer Permanent Makeup (it’s their most-loved treatment!), with everything from Ombre Brows and Brow Correction, to Lip Blush and Lip Neutralization. All of this is consultation-based to find the perfect shape, tone, and finish for you.
Best for: Head-to-toe beauty treatments, all under one roof.
Recommended treatments: Glass Skin Glow Facial, Brow Sculpt, Permanent Makeup.
Price range: Facials start from IDR 660,000.
Address: Jl. Pantai Pererenan No. 69, Pererenan
Opening hours: Daily, 10am – 6pm.

4. Spring Spa Canggu
Clean, minimalist spa known for its raw facials, heavenly massages and natural hair care.

Spring Spa is one of Bali’s most recognisable spa brands, but it was actually born in New Zealand, and is a huge hit with celebs. The Canggu address is just one of many Spring locations in Bali, alongside Spring Spa in in Uluwatu, Seminyak, Nusa Lembongan and Ubud. But if I had to pick a favourite, it’s this Canggu sanctuary.
Maybe it’s the architecturally-perfected minimalist decor that has me head over manicured-heels for this spa sanctuary. Or maybe it’s the premium, bespoke treatments, like the raw facial that uses good-enough-to-eat live ingredients. Whatever it is, I can’t get enough.
I personally love the Active Recovery Massage, because it gets me back in the surf faster after a big workout. But their facials are also legendary – they use the cult favourite CODAGE, and raw plants! The hair treatments are also a must-try, especially if you’re battling with pesky helmet hair or Bali’s high-humidity. Without fail, I always leave with a spring in my step.
Best for: Bespoke spa and beauty treatments in a gorgeous, minimalist space.
Recommended treatments: Active Recovery Massage, Kansa Wand Facial, Allo Aloe.
Price range: A 60-minute massage starts from IDR 310,000.
Address: Jl. Batu Bolong No. 83C, Canggu.
Opening Hours: Daily, 9am – 9pm.

5. Cloud Spa
Calming minimalist haven with signature stretching massages for light-as-a-cloud bliss.

I always feel on cloud nine after a massage at Cloud Spa. It sits out in Seseh, so it already feels a little calmer than the busier spas in central Canggu. Step inside and it’s all minimalist interiors, soft lighting and a team of spa experts who really know what they’re doing (Kadek is the best!).
The menu is short but sweet, with massages and that are easy to choose from. Their signature Stretching Massage is the treatment I’d book here. It combines muscle stretches with pressure point work to boost circulation, ease tension and leave you feeling looser and lighter afterwards.
FYI, wander just 200m down the road and you’ll find their sister spa, Cloud Studio – it’s where you can try their viral head spa experience… Pure heaven!
Best for: Functional massages and the viral Head Spa.
Recommended treatments: Stretching Massage, Cloud Glow, Head Spa at Cloud Studio.
Price range: A 60-minute massage starts from IDR 330,000.
Address: Jl. Pantai Seseh, Cemagi.
Opening Hours: Daily, 10am – 9pm.

6. Goldust Spa
A glamorous spa villa in Canggu, best known for its 24k gold facials and luxe spa parties.

Ultra glamorous spa treatments hit Canggu when Goldust Spa opened its doors. It’s best known for that iconic 24k Gold Facial, and yes, it’s as glam as it sounds. If you want to add a bit of bling to your me-time, this is the place. I came for the gold, obviously, but stayed for the fact that the treatments are professionally-executed too.
Their signature anti-ageing facial is designed for skin rejuvenation and glow, so it’s a strong pick before an event, a night out, or when you want to look a bit more fresh-faced than usual. But if glittery facials aren’t really your thing, Goldust also has a big menu of treatments for hair, feet, nails and body, all using top-quality products and delivered by experienced therapists.
One thing that sets Goldust apart is that it’s great for groups. They do spa parties by the pool, complete with wine, nibbles and the whole girls-day-out setup.
Best for: Instagram-famous gold facials and girls-day-out spa parties.
Recommended treatments: 24k Gold Facial, Botanical Deep Cleanse, Tropical Frangipani Body Glow.
Price range: A 60-minute massage starts from IDR 320,000.
Address: Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong, Gang Nyepi, Canggu.

7. Espace Spa
Organic aromatherapy spa with meditative massages and expert tension-release techniques.

Espace Spa was created by a meditation expert, which makes a lot of sense once you’re actually inside. Everything here feels geared towards real relaxation, from the pace of the treatments to the aromatherapy blends and tension-release techniques.
From massages to body sugaring, the therapists are all incredible, and the treatment style feels deeply therapeutic. I tried the organic bamboo charcoal scrub with the spa’s signature essential oils, and it came with an ahh-inducing massage that lulled me into a meditative state.
If you don’t have time for a full spa session, they also do a 30-minute chair massage that targets the neck, shoulders and upper back — ideal if you just need quick tension relief without blocking out your whole afternoon.
Best for: Meditative spa treatments and express in-chair massages.
Recommended treatments: Stress Break Chair Massage, Aromatherapy Massages, Spa Essential Facial.
Price range: A 60-minute massage starts from IDR 307,000.

8. Maja Spa
Elegant sanctuary known for sculpting massages, premium facials and total body rejuvenation.

You’ve probably already seen Maja Spa on Instagram. It’s simply dreamy, and it’s where you’ll want to go if you want something a bit more elevated than your average massage in Canggu. Step inside and you’ll instantly forget the bustle of Batu Bolong behind you. The spa feels elegant and peaceful, with luxe skin and body treatments that focus on health, wellbeing and visible results.
While you can’t really go wrong with any of the premium facials or boundary-pushing massages, the real signature here is the Hour Glass Body Sculpting. It uses wooden handheld tools (yes, a bit like rolling pins!) and vacuum-suction cups to target the waistline, legs and curves. It’s more specialised than a standard massage, and that’s exactly why people book it. Psst – If you’re after body contouring and skin rejuvenation, Maja Spa is well worth knowing.
Best for: Body sculpting massages and age-defying facials.
Recommended treatments: Hour Glass Body Sculpting, Age Defying Facial, Red Light Therapy.
Price range: A 60-minute massage starts from IDR 475,000.
Address: Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong No. 39C, Canggu.
Opening Hours: Daily, from 9am.

9. Therapy Day Spa
Sustainable, plant-powered sanctuary offering holistic massages and reflexology.

Conscious, holistic and plant-powered, Therapy Day Spa is a lovely option when you want something more mindful than flashy. The moment I walked in, I felt calmer. Think stone walls, dimmed lighting and fragrant essential oils to set the tone.
The treatments here use their own line of toxin-free and cruelty-free spa products, which is a big part of the appeal. Everything is rooted in a more sustainable, holistic approach to self-care, helped along by therapists who are nurturing, intuitive and very good at what they do.
Choose from Balinese massages, traditional reflexology or pressure-point facials, and expect to leave feeling totally restored.
Best for: Holistic body treatments and plant-based products.
Recommended treatments: The Healing Act, Sparkling Iceballs, Scalp Ritual.
Price range: A 60-minute massage starts from IDR 400,000.

10. FaceDay
High-tech facial bar with lymphatic drainage, LED therapy and sculpting facial workouts.

If you’re searching for the best facial in Canggu, FaceDay is it. It’s a dedicated facial studio that’s mastered the art of functional facials with a more advanced, results-driven approach. This isn’t your classic lie-down-and-relax facial. It’s more like a workout for your face, in the best way!
Everything starts with a state-of-the-art skin scanner, which maps out your concerns, tracks changes over time, and helps tailor the treatment to exactly what your skin needs. Then comes the good stuff: sculpting massage, facial stretches, suction cups for de-puffing, LED lights, plus electrical and radio frequency to tone and lift. By the time the facial was over, I felt like my cheeks had done 50 pull-ups!
Top tip: Add-on the 15 minute extras, like the Bright Eyes or the Pout It Out lip treatment.
Best for: Seriously strong functional facials with optional add-ons.
Recommended treatments: Super Chill, Wonder Sculpt, Free Flow.
Price range: A 60-minute facial costs IDR 885,000.
Address: Jl. Pantai Berawa No. 38, Berawa.
Opening Hours: Daily, 10am – 7pm.
11. sundaymood
Private infrared sauna and ice-bath studio for detox, recovery and mindful self-care.

sundaymood is Bali’s first fully private infrared sauna studio with private ice baths. It’s not a communal bathhouse or a buzzy social wellness spot. It’s your own space to reset. So, I headed in and made myself at home for 75 minutes!
The state-of-the-art light therapy sauna was the main draw for me. I got access to a fully private pod where I freely warmed up in the infrared sauna, plunged into an 8-degree saltwater ice bath, and completely shut off from Canggu traffic outside. It’s simple, but very effective, with fluffy robes and infused water. Bliss!
Best for: Private sauna and ice plunge at your own pace.
Recommended treatments: Full spectrum infrared sauna, Normatec recovery compression boots, TheraFace LED face mask.
Price range: A single 75-minute sauna and ice bath session is priced at IDR 499,000.
Address: Jl. Sempol No. 28, Pererenan.
Opening Hours: Daily, 8am – 10pm.

12. Glo Day Spa & Salon
Award-winning beauty hub for professional haircare, facials and bridal treatments.

Glo Day Spa & Salon is one of Bali’s original spa brands – and still one of the most-loved names to this day. It’s also one of the handiest if you want everything sorted in one place, from hair styling and colouring to facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and even bridal or event makeup.
With multiple locations across Bali (in Canggu, Seminyak, Sanur and Nusa Lembongan), Glo has become a go-to for expats, locals and island brides. It’s no surprise they picked up Best Beauty Salon in Asia at the World Luxury Spa Awards.
One of the standout details for me is that they use vegan and cruelty-free products across all treatments, so it’s a good shout for eco-conscious beauty lovers too.
Best for: Cruelty-free spa and beauty treatments in one long-loved spot.
Recommended treatments: Biokos Facial, Ancient Warm Bamboo Massage, Soothing Sunburn Therapy.
Price range: A 60-minute massage starts from IDR 325,000.

Tonic Day Spa brings a slice of Cali to Bali, with tropical-chic interiors, palm prints and pink everything. You’ll spot the Palm Springs vibes the second you walk through the iconic pink doors, but it’s not just about the interiors here…
The treatment menu covers all the favourites, from full body massages to facials using the spa’s all-natural products. They also help to turn a simple spa treatment into more of an experience. You can sip on a pineapple, mint and lemongrass juice while deciding what to book, and if you really want to commit to the Tonic touch, they even serve signature pink cocktails!
