Three different menus have been created to invigorate all of your senses as only award-winning chef Chris Salans can. The Grand Menu can be enjoyed as a 6 or 8 course degustation and mixes traditional techniques with Western culinary decadences. The Vegetarian Menu is made up of 6 courses and combines more than 30 different local and organic vegetables, herbs and Indonesian spices. The Surprise Menu doesn’t need much elaboration, just sit back and enjoy how Mozaic has paired their surprise with your delight!

Menus start from IDR 600, 000, and for an additional cost you can pair these blissful bites with regular or premium wines selected by Mozaic’s resident sommelier.
