But the rest of it? The jury’s out. And now, it’s (almost) time to bid farewell to 2019, so we’re getting ready to welcome 2020 with a bang with this list of New Year’s Eve Parties in Bali – the best places to watch the fireworks, celebrate with friends and ring in the New Year in true island style.
From live DJ performances to beachfront blowouts and dazzling fireworks displays, here’s where it’s at for New Year’s Eve 2020 in Bali – the most glamorous, Champagne-popping NYE events that you won’t wanna miss. NEW YEAR’S EVE IN BALI 2019 – 2020
What: A day-to-night New Year’s Eve extravaganza with Australia’s No.1 DJ, MaRLo. Dance on the clifftops under the sun, moon and stars, with awesome panoramic views of the Indian Ocean at Asia’s hottest destination venue. Together with a OMNIA’s finest resident DJs, MaRLo will welcome the New Year alongside a magical midnight display of fireworks and pure party vibes ’til late.
When: 31st December – 1st January 2020, 4pm – 2am.

Price: IDR 750,000 for first-release tickets, IDR 1,000,000 thereafter.
What: An extraordinary lineup of international superstar DJs at Bali’s newest beach club. Born in Ibiza and brought to Bali, Café Del Mar will be ringing in 2020 with a massive sunset performance from the award-winning and legendary David Morales – a man who’s mixed for Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Eric Clapton and SO many more! He’ll then be followed by the ultra-chic and disco-licious sounds of Dimitri from Paris, who’ll see in midnight in a cloud of glitter and fireworks.
When: 31st December – 1st January 2020, 3pm til late.

Price: From IDR 600,000 for general admission, with VIP daybed packages and sit-down dinner options available.
What: In true Finns Beach Club style, this boundary-pushing beachside destination will be hosting a star-studded day-to-night New Year’s Eve party that’s set to be Bali’s biggest yet. Expect performances from some of the hottest names in electronic music today – like Camelphat, Duke Dumont and Lost Frequencies – and one helluva NYE bash across 4 pools, 9 bars and 5 restaurants. Psst – last year saw more than 12,000 people ringing in the New Year here, so expect big things for 2020!

What: As the sun sets on 2019, Seasalt at Alila Seminyak will be hosting a sparkling night of great food and live music beside the seaside. Feast on a 4-course set menu while singer Leanna Rachel and her jazz band keep your feet tapping all the way to midnight, where a countdown party will take place beneath the stars at the Beach Bar.
When: 31st December, 7pm – midnight
Where: Seasalt – Jl Taman Ganesha No.9, Petitenget, Seminyak.
Price: IDR 1,300,000++ per person
What: An unforgettable New Year Eve’s bash under Desa Potato Head Beach Club’s tropical skies, with both DJ Harvey and Peggy Gou on the bill to ignite the night through to the early hours of 2020. Expect big crowds, an even bigger fireworks display plus a gamelan ensemble, and get read to dance your potato head off!
When: 31st December, 4.30pm – late.
Where: Desa Potato Head Beach Club – Jl Petitenget No 51B, Seminyak.
Price: From IDR 1,500,000 for general admission.
What: An elegantly-themed New Year’s Eve Bronze Party where a captivating cocktail reception by the beach sets the scene. A delicious feast is then followed by a contemporary live jazz performance from Eva Scolaro, before a live DJ set to get everyone on their feet. Dance beneath the stars with a glass of bubbly in hand, and be dazzled at the stroke of midnight by a fabulous fireworks display.

Where: The Restaurant at The Legian Seminyak, Bali – Jl Kayu Aya, Seminyak Beach..
Price: IDR 4,088,000 ++ per person for dinner and cocktail reception, or IDR 5,088,000 ++ with wine pairing.
What: A very special and show-stopping NYE performance from the nine-piece Royalty Show Band, all the way from some of the world’s biggest stages, including the West End. They’ll be performing all the top hits from the 50s to today, before counting down to 2020, Mulia-style.
When: 31st December, from 6pm onwards.
