Get ready to experience the joy of Wiggle Wiggle at its pop-up in Singapore! Here’s what you can expect.
Calling all fans of adorable things! Get ready to squeal with delight because Wiggle Wiggle, the South Korean lifestyle store that’s basically a rainbow explosion of cuteness, has landed in Singapore. If you’re obsessed with all things gwiyomi (that’s “cute” in Korean, fyi), you gotta check out this vibrant pop-up store. Think giant teddy bears, playful florals, and a whole lotta colour. It’s like stepping into a real-life cartoon!
Mark your calendars, folks: from 13 to 30 March, Plaza Singapura’s Level 1 Atrium will be transformed into a 2,287 square foot wonderland of Wiggle Wiggle goodness. This marks the brand’s biggest pop-up in Southeast Asia to date.
Wiggle Wiggle Singapore: Why is this pop-up a big deal?

The cult fave already has flagship stores in Korea, China, and Japan, but this is Wiggle Wiggle’s first time setting up shop in Singapore. So this is your chance to experience its whimsical world in person, if you haven’t already. Who knows, if this pop-up is successful, the brand might open a permanent store here. (A little birdie said that plan is in the works, so keep a lookout for it!)
What to shop for, according to a maximalist

Okay, so I “popped by” the Wiggle Wiggle pop-up earlier today, and let’s just say my inner child is still doing a happy dance. Forget those boring, minimalist vibes – this spot is all about injecting personality and playfulness into everyday essentials. Think quirky socks that’ll make your feet do a jig, eye-catching tumblers that scream “I’m fun!”, and more. If you’re looking to inject a serious dose of joy (and maybe lighten your wallet a smidge) into your life, Wiggle Wiggle is your new happy place.
I was greeted by a three-metre-tall Wiggle Bear inflatable at the entrance. And before you ask: yes, you can snap selfies and take photos with it. The pop-up is divided into a few sections. Upon entering, turn to your left and marvel at the darling apparel on display. These include cushion platform slippers ($61) and mesh tote bags ($50). Like what you see? Go on and purchase them right away if you can’t wait! But, I suggest holding it off and exploring the entire space first.

The next section is filled with work essentials. Mechanical keyboards fans, you’re in luck. The ABKO x Wiggle Wiggle wireless keyboard ($44) is a gorgeous colourful number that’ll look great on your desk. Complete your WFH setup with an adorable mousepad ($6) and a vertical mouse ($56) which can help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome. Don’t take my word for it though, I’m no doctor!
Of course, an office setup is incomplete without precious stationery like pens ($6), acrylic rulers ($8), and staplers ($16). If your wallet’s feeling generous, go on and splurge on items you don’t necessarily need but still want, such as a desk pogboard ($61), a sticky memo set ($13) and monitor memo board ($10), and a touch mood light ($39).

There’s a charming display here too, so you can get an idea of how your table will look if a unicorn vomited rainbow awesomeness all over it. Go on and pose for photos here, though I have to warn you, the chair is a little low.
More colourful essentials that’ll tempt you to buy

Did you know you should replace your bath towels after five years? How serendipitous it is that the third section of Wiggle Wiggle’s Singapore pop-up features items for your bathroom. Besides fluffy, colourful towels (from $10), you can also shop for adorable bathroom slippers ($23), nail clipper sets ($20), toothbrush holders (from $22), and quirky soap trays ($28).

The centre of the pop-up is where you’ll find loads of lifestyle items, including phone straps ($15), charming keyrings ($17), patterned socks ($8), shopper bags (from $13), and home slippers ($23). If you’re one of those Croc wearers (in this house, we listen and we judge!), you better snap up the whimsy silicone charms ($29 for five pieces). They’ll zhuzh up your footwear!
I’ll be honest, this is the section where I spent the most time lingering and deliberating what to purchase. Do I really need this? How often will I use that? Can I get it cheaper online or ask someone travelling to South Korea to get it for me? Decisions, decisions. But did I get anything in the end? Stay tuned for the answer!

The final section is beside the entrance, and here’s where kitchen items and miscellaneous products are displayed. I’m talking about picnic bags ($15) and mats ($33), cleaning sponges ($16), tumblers (from $33), eco cups ($17), lunch boxes (from $39), and more. I also spotted limited edition candles in two colours ($56) on the shelves, along with folding carts ($79) at the end of the shelves. Oh, there’s another cute display where you can peep at the products.
Get ready to Wiggle Wiggle

Of course, this pop-up isn’t just about shopping. There are plenty of other fun things waiting for you. Besides the Wiggle Bear, visitors can look forward to meeting the actual mascot in person. It’ll only appear on select days, so be sure to follow the brand’s Instagram page to know when that will be.
Shoppers can also stand to score some free swag! All you gotta do is complete three easy missions: sign up for a membership, follow its Instagram, and upload a photo from the pop-up. The first 2,000 people to do this will stand a chance to win a Wiggle Wiggle product. That’s not all – the pop-up will give out exclusive Wiggle Bear stick balloons to the first 2,500 visitors. Who doesn’t love a good balloon animal?

On select days, brand ambassadors will be around to help you navigate the pop-up, answer your questions, and make sure you have a fun and engaging experience. Think of them as your shopping guides to cuteness. Speaking of cute, there’s an adorable photobooth to the side of the counters where you can pose for (more) photos. This will set you back $10, but the keepsakes? Priceless.

Final verdict: After spending a good couple of hours at the pop-up, I’d rate it a solid 9/10. However, I thought it’d be bigger – just imagine the nightmare when the crowds descend. Now, back to the question: what did I get? I left with a keyring (which I was seriously considering not to get) and a couple of envelope sets, which are perfect for Hari Raya. I just know my nieces will love them. Maybe I’ll return to grab a few more things… oops.
