Award-winning Chef David Myers gives a modern spin on the lively Izakaya with Adrift. Located in the atrium of Marina Bay Sands, the restaurant features a flavour-packed Modern Asian menu prepared with fresh Californian produce. We’d wager on this: Even the most undiscerning of diners have probably heard of legendary chef Wolfgang Puck. Well-regarded for his bold, innovative culinary creations and string of cult restaurants, Chef Puck’s powerful culinary skills can be sampled at Spago: the offshoot of his wildly successful original in Beverly Hills. Located at Sands Skypark, the rooftop restaurant melds breathtaking views of Marina Bay’s skyline with a trendsetting seasonal menu of Californian cuisine with global influences. Mains on the lunch menu feature the K.B.L.T (Korean Braised Pork Belly, Tomatoes and Wild Rocket), Pan Roasted Organic Chicken with Potato Purée and Wild Field Mushrooms and Steamed Norwegian Salmon with Bok Choy, Lotus Root, Sweet Soy and Lemongrass Scented Jasmin Rice. Modelled after its sleek London counterpart, the Singapore edition of Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen boasts chic industrial warehouse inspired interiors, scenic waterfront views and the celebrity chef’s signature British European menu. On the lunch menu are comforting mains like Shepherd’s Pie and Butternut Squash Risotto with sage, chestnut and aged parmesan.To finish off your meal with a flourish, try the delectable chocolate caramel mousse with vanilla shortbread or passion fruit parfait with coconut granola.
