Definitely one of our favorites! Soulbox is a collective fitness space that offers many other programs, but we especially love their range of yoga classes. Located at the very top of the Fairgrounds complex in SCBD, their beautiful loft-style studios are stylish and minimalistic, and their awesome yoga instructors teach everything from Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Bikram, Yin Yoga, and Antigravity.

Union Yoga has two locations in South and North Jakarta – one in Dharmawangsa and the other in Kelapa Gading. This boutique studio is a favourite for their zen spa-like interiors, and their experienced and encouraging intructors. Nothing feels better than relaxing in their peaceful space with an ice-cold coconut after taking in a challenging Bikram class. Other classes offered are Acro Yoga, Sveda Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and their popular prenatal yoga class called Yo Mama.

Gudang-Gudang Yoga Studio
Who even knew a place like this existed in the middle of Jakarta? Gudang-Gudang Yoga Studio is a charming joglo-style sanctuary nestled in the residential neighborhood of Kemang. The studio is part of Gudang Gambar Art Gallery that sells wonderful paintings that are a treat to browse through right before class. We love their Sunday morning Jivamukti session. Other styles of yoga include Hatha, Vinyasa, and Beginners Basics, but keep checking their Facebook page as their schedule is not always the same.
