
On Thursday, 30th April 2026, Mosto presents FERMENTO. Vol. 4.
For this edition of FERMENTO, we’re pouring Chapuis & Chapuis.
A small, organic Burgundy producer working out of Pommard and Ladoix-Serrigny, led by brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume Chapuis. Since 2009, they’ve been doing things their own way, minimal intervention, no added sulphites and a focus on letting the fruit speak without interference.
Working across both family vineyards and carefully sourced organic fruit, the wines are clean, expressive, and just the right side of wild. Burgundy, but stripped back.

Chapuis & Chapuis ‘La Bulle’ Blanc De Noir NV 2023
Beautiful blush pink, fresh and clean with fine bubbles. Strawberry, peach, croissant and a saline finish.
Chapuis & Chapuis Bouzeron 2023
This wine reveals aromas of green apple, preserved lemon and white flowers, accompanied by a mineral touch that gives it great freshness.
Chapuis & Chapuis Hautes-Cotes De Beaune Blanc 2024
A fresh, natural Chardonnay from Burgundy, France, featuring notes of warm stone, green apple, and subtle butter, with high acidity and mineral tension.
Chapuis & Chapuis Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru Rouge 2023
This Pinot Noir reveals aromas of red fruits, enriched with spicy and woody notes. On the palate, it combines an elegant structure with fine tannins and a lingering finish.
Chapuis & Chapuis Hautes-Cotes De Beaune Rouge 2024
Fresh cherry and raspberry fruit with soft florals and a touch of spice. Light-bodied and silky, it finishes clean with fine tannins and vibrant acidity, making it an easy, elegant Pinot Noir to drink.
Chapuis & Chapuis Pernand Vergelesses Rouge 2023
Shows vibrant cherry and blackberry fruit with gentle spice and a hint of licorice. Fresh and finely structured, it’s silky and balanced with a crunchy texture, soft tannins, and a long, elegant finish
Chapuis & Chapuis Savigny Les Beaune Rouge 2023
A very young but well-made Pinot Noir. The tannins are fine, the balance is beautiful, and the fruit, with its lovely crisp cherry notes, is very clean.
And of course, there’ll be Mosto-style snacks to pair along the way.
