Looking for the best pool and day clubs in Bali in 2026? From jungle infinity pools in Ubud to stylish pool parties in Seminyak, here’s your go-to list.
Don’t get me wrong – I love spending my island days at Bali’s best beach clubs. But sometimes, I need a break from the sand. That’s where Bali’s best pool clubs come in: glittering jungle pools, shaded cabanas, gourmet menus and zero sand in your shoes – all with just a day pass or minimum spend.
Bali’s pool club scene has exploded in recent years, and it’s now one of the best day trip options. Some of the best pool clubs in Bali are hidden deep in Ubud’s jungle. Others are perched on Uluwatu’s clifftops with jaw-dropping ocean views. And then there are the urban day clubs sitting in the heart of Seminyak — perfect for a lunchtime dip.
The Best Pool Clubs in Bali – by Area

Ubud Pool Clubs
Ubud is the undisputed capital of Bali’s jungle pool club scene. Unlike the south, where sea views dominate, Ubud’s day clubs offer something more immersive: deep green rainforest, rice terrace panoramas, birdsong and cooler temperatures. Expect a more chilled-out crowd than you’d find in Seminyak, though some spots can get lively (like Cretya and Kabana by K Club), especially on weekends. Most Ubud pool clubs are a 15–30 minute drive from the town centre, so plan accordingly and always allow extra time for traffic.

Uluwatu Pool Clubs
Uluwatu doesn’t have easily accessible beaches — the coastline is all dramatic clifftops and famous surf breaks. Its pool clubs lean into this, perching right on the cliff’s edge for jaw-dropping ocean views. Oneeighty’s glass-bottom sky pool hanging 162 metres above the Indian Ocean is arguably the most dramatic pool in all of Bali. El Kabron and Mana Uluwatu are local institutions for good reason, and Ulu Cliffhouse delivers one of the most complete full-day experiences on the island. The drive from Seminyak takes about 45–60 minutes depending on traffic.

Seminyak Pool Clubs
Seminyak’s pool club scene is more compact — Mrs Sippy is the standout here, and has been for years. It sits right in the heart of Seminyak’s action, making it ideal if you want a pool day that flows easily into dinner and a night out. Why trust this guide
I’ve been living in Bali for 14 years and have visited every pool club on this list personally. I update this guide regularly so you’re always getting current prices, honest takes and the local intel that only comes from actually being here. Whether you’re after a serene jungle escape, an adrenaline-pumping clifftop swim, a family-friendly splash or a full-blown sunset party, there’s a Bali day club with your name on it. Just don’t forget your bikini!
But first: What’s the difference between a Bali beach club and a pool club?
A beach club sits directly on or adjacent to the beach, with sand, sea access and ocean views as part of the experience. A pool club is all about the pool — often set inland in the jungle, on a clifftop, or in an urban neighbourhood, where beach access isn’t on the cards. Ubud’s pool clubs are the best example: they swap sand for rice terraces and jungle canopies, and are arguably more beautiful for it.
The Best Pool & Day Clubs In Bali – 2026
1. Mana Uluwatu
Infinity pool with ocean views, delicious eats and sunset cocktails in Uluwatu.

Home to one of the most stunning infinity pools on the island (overlooking one of Uluwatu’s most famous waves), Mana Uluwatu is a restaurant and bar I keep going back to for its fresh ingredients from the land and sea. A pool day here consists of lounging on a daybed by the pool, and grazing on daytime favourites like smashed avo on toast and eggs benedict. Swim a lap or two, before tasting Mana’s famous tacos with homemade tortillas. And before you know it, you’ll be sipping on a sunset cocktail as the sky turns purple…
Best for: Sunset swims that roll on to sumptuous dinner.
Price: Minimum spends start from IDR 200,000++, or complimentary for guests staying at Uluwatu Surf Villas.
What’s included: Food and beverage credit, towel, access to the pool, showers and changing rooms.
Local tip: Mana Uluwatu doubles up as a restaurant that serves some of the best food in the neighbourhood.
Good to know: The poolside lounge chairs, daybeds, and shade shacks are available on a first come, first served basis.
Address: Uluwatu Surf Villas, Jl Pantai Suluban, Pecatu
2. Bambu Indah
Eco-luxury jungle retreat with natural pools, river views and bamboo dining.

It’s no secret that I love Bambu Indah’s bamboo villas. But did you know that this eco-friendly Ubud resort also doubles up as a “pool club” experience, completely immersed in nature? The Bambu Indah Day Pass lets you escape to this barefoot-luxury retreat, without booking an overnight stay (unless you want to, of course!). It’s not your typical day club either. The pools are all natural and spring-fed, with the gentle sounds of the Ayung River nearby. There’s even a hidden Crystal Pool, plus a mud bath, ice bath, and a wood-fired sauna.
I also love the open-air River Warung restaurant here. It serves up my favourite Indonesian dishes, like Bali’s famous babi guling and jackfruit rendang. Pro tip: if you stay until sundown, you can take the bamboo elevator up to the Elevator Sunset Bar, which sits 20 metres high in the trees. It’s one of the best spots for sunset in Ubud, with sweeping views of rice paddies and distant volcanoes. And if that wasn’t enough, there’s also the newly opened Tembaga restaurant, so I highly recommend staying late for a nourishing dinner too.
Best for: A serene and all-natural river club experience.
Price: Bambu Indah’s Day Pass starts from IDR 700,000++
What’s included: Food and beverage credit of IDR 500,000
Local tip: Stray slightly away from the main path and you’ll find the Crystal Pool, mud bath, ice bath, and a sauna.
Good to know: Bambu Indah is eco-friendly and nestled amid nature, so it’s best to leave your stilettos at home for this one.
Address: Banjar Baung, Sayan, Ubud
3. The Jungle Club Ubud
Boutique jungle day club in Ubud with multi-tier infinity pools, a cave pool and weekly DJ events.

The Jungle Club Ubud is one of the newer additions to Ubud’s day club scene. Spread across two hectares of tropical jungle, this adults-only boutique club has a cool edge that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
What sets it apart from the rice terrace crowd? Five distinct zones: the Bambu Restaurant, the Jungle Deck, the Jungle Floor, the Jungle Jetty, and the real showstopper: the Boho Cave – a moody cave lounge and pool that’s perfect for when you need a break from the sun (and a seriously good photo). The three-tier infinity pools are also stunning, and table service extends right into the water.
Weekly DJ events keep the energy going, and if you’re celebrating something special, the staff here go above and beyond. Think birthday parades, surprise cakes, and giant placards. There’s also a jungle swing on-site for an adrenaline hit and photo-op between dips.
Best for: Adults-only groups looking for a boutique alternative to the big Ubud pool clubs.
Price: Minimum spend applies. Restaurant seating from IDR 500,000 per table; Jungle Deck daybeds from IDR 1,800,000 for up to 4 pax; Boho Cave from IDR 15,000,000 for up to 20 pax.
What’s included: Pool access and food and beverage credit all seating packages.
Local tip: The Boho Cave is the one to book for groups or a special occasion — it fits up to 20 people and is unlike anything else in Ubud.
Good to know: The Jungle Club Ubud is located close to southern Ubud, about 20–25 minutes from the town centre.
Address: Jl. Jaga Raga No.8A, Sukawati, Ubud
4. Folk Pool & Gardens
Ubud’s downtown pool club with a swim-up bar, cinema nights and live events.

Folk Pool & Gardens is Ubud’s first downtown pool, swim-up bar and restaurant, and it’s where the cool folks of Ubud come out to play. This lush, neighbourhood-style day club has it all, from sun-drenched daybeds and cute teepees, to a twilight poolside cinema, and of course, that swim-up bar that makes it hard to leave.
Perfectly perched in the heart of Ubud’s action, Folk is the go-to escape after a day of sight-seeing. Dive into a menu of Indonesian and international favourites, from prawn noodles to buttermilk chicken burgers and charred octopus.
You’ll want to check out the weekly events too, like the Balinese Night with traditional dance performances, movies under the stars (complete with seven popcorn flavours!) and even a poolside cookout every Sunday. Grab a Garden Mai Tai, cosy up in the garden, dip in the glittering pool, and do it all again tomorrow.
Best for: Poolside hang where there’s always an event happening.
Price: IDR 50,000 for pool access. Premium seating starts from IDR 150,000 for four hours.
What’s included: Pool pass includes a towel. If you book one of the premium seats, you’ll also get a welcome drink.
Local tip: There’s a parking spot for scooters only near Folk. So if you’re driving a car, prepare to walk for a few minutes from the nearest parking lot at Monkey Forest’s Central Parking.
Good to know: Twilight Cinema is a seasonal event. Be sure to check the schedule if you’re looking to catch a movie beneath the stars.
Address: Jl Monkey Forest, Ubud

Seminyak’s lagoon-style pool club with DJs, cabanas and a five-metre diving platform.

The day club to see and be seen, Mrs Sippy is Bali’s OG Mediterranean oasis that sits right in the heart of Seminyak. Taking centre stage is the lagoon-like pool, where you can nab a floating bean bag and drift to the pool bar, or take things up a notch and jump off the five-metre-high diving platform (cannon balls at the ready!). You’ll also find the island’s fabulous crowds topping up their tans on the daybeds and private cabanas, or grazing on wood-fired Mediterranean cuisine.
Best for: Pool parties and diving from a five-metre platform.
Price: IDR 150,000 for entry and pool access.
What’s included: Towel hire.
Local tip: Entry is free if you’re only coming to drink and dine at the sports bar.
Good to know: By day, Mrs Sippy is family-friendly, then after 4pm, expect cocktail happy hours, resident DJs, international headliners and epic live bands.
Address: Jl Taman Ganesha, Gang Gagak No. 8, Seminyak
6. TUJU Tropic Club & Lounge
Jungle pool escape in Ubud with tropical vibes, cocktails and group lounges.

If a hidden jungle pool with scrummy bites galore sounds like your kind of day club, you’ll love TUJU Tropic Club & Lounge. Just five minutes from the lively Ubud Art Market, this serene yet glamorous retreat feels like a world away. I kick off my pool day here typically with a hearty lunch before I dive into the tropical main pool until sunset.
As evening falls, I head inside to the chic Jungle Lounge for glamorous signature cocktails, expert mixology and Asian-Mediterranean specialties. FYI – you’ll want to invite all of your mates too, because you’ll find spacious layered areas perfect for big groups.

9. Banana Lounge Bali
Relaxed Uluwatu pool club near Impossibles Beach.

I found this place as I was walking to Uluwatu’s famous Impossibles Beach – and what a great gem it is! Banana Lounge is a place for surfers, families and friends to mix, mingle and dip beneath the Bali sun. Its cosy pool sits amongst tropical gardens, a green lawn and boho-luxe furnishings in the restaurant.
I love taking a cool daytime dip here, as I munch on brunch staples. Then, as the sun starts to sink, I grab a sunset cocktail and head to the rooftop lounge for breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. My top insider tip: head back downstairs for a delicious dinner along with the restaurant’s superb wine list and signature cocktails.
Best for: Surfers, with it being close to the waves.
Price: Free with food and drink purchase.
What’s included: Pool access.
Local tip: Banana Lounge is a mere 5-minute walk from the entrance to Impossibles Beach.

Hanging over the cliff’s edge 162 metres above the Indian Ocean is one of the most jaw-dropping infinity pools in the world. Yep, that’s Oneeighty’s famous sky pool, located within the exclusive The Edge villa resort in Uluwatu. This clifftop day club celebrates sophisticated seaside culture at its best. Think premium drinks, five-star dining, great vibes and awe-inspiring views, finished off with professional Balinese hospitality. What to Know Before You Go: Practical Tips
When to visit Bali’s best pool clubs?
The dry season — roughly May through October — is peak pool club season. You’ll get reliable sunshine, lower humidity and the best conditions for a full day outdoors. That said, Bali’s tropical climate means you can visit pool clubs year-round. During the wet season (November–April), mornings are often clear before afternoon showers roll in, so an earlier start is a smart move.
Arrive early to secure your spot
For clubs that operate on a first-come, first-served basis (like Mana Uluwatu, Jungle Fish and Folk Pool & Gardens) arriving by late morning is the difference between a prime daybed and standing around waiting. If you want guaranteed premium seating, always book and pay the minimum spend in advance (if possible).
What to bring
Most pool clubs provide towels (either included or for hire), so you don’t need to cart one from your hotel. Bring reef-safe sunscreen — Bali’s sun is fierce even on overcast days — and a cover-up for moving between the pool and restaurant. Many venues also have lockers or a spot to stow your bag. Cash and card are both widely accepted, but it’s worth having some rupiah on you.
Getting there
Grab and Gojek are the easiest ways to get to most pool clubs. Note that a handful of venues (Kabana by K Club in particular) don’t allow ride-hailing apps to collect guests — check with your chosen club in advance and arrange a private driver if needed.
Dress code
There’s no formal dress code at most Bali pool clubs — swimwear is the order of the day. For upmarket venues like Oneeighty and Ulu Cliffhouse, smart casual is appropriate if you’re moving into the restaurant or staying for dinner.
Tipping
Tipping isn’t mandatory in Bali but it is genuinely appreciated. A tip of IDR 20,000–50,000 per person for good service is a kind gesture, especially at smaller venues where the same staff look after you all day.

FAQs on pool clubs in Bali
What are the best pool & day clubs in Bali?
Must-visit pool clubs include Mrs Sippy in Seminyak for its iconic five-metre diving platform, Omma Day Club for waterfall views straight from the infinity pool, Bambu Indah for pools integrated with nature, and Folk for its boho Ubud vibes.
What’s the minimum spend for a daybed at Bali pool clubs?
Minimum spends for daybeds vary widely between pool clubs. In my experience, it could cost anywhere between IDR 300,000 to IDR 3,000,000.
Are Bali pool clubs family‑friendly or adults‑only?
There's a good mix of family-friendly and adults-only pool clubs in Bali. For example, Banana Lounge is awesome for families, whereas Cretya's tiered pools are more suitable, and therefore available only for adults. If you're visiting with the little ones, be sure to exercise caution as day clubs often don't have a lifeguard.
What’s the best time of day to visit a pool club?
Arrive late morning or early afternoon for a relaxed vibe and sun-filled lounging. Want party energy? Swing by around at sunset where pool parties usually take place.
Are there pool clubs with epic views in Bali?
Absolutely! Head to Oneeighty at The Edge in Uluwatu - check out the glass-bottom sky pool perched 162 meters above the ocean. Or dive into rice‑terrace panoramas at Cretya Ubud.
Can I just eat and drink at a Bali pool club without using the pool?
Yes — at most venues, the restaurant area is open to all without a pool pass or minimum spend tied to poolside seating. Mrs Sippy, for example, is free to enter if you're only there to drink and dine. Check individual venues for their policy.
What is the difference between a beach club and a pool club in Bali?
A beach club sits directly on or adjacent to the beach, with sand, sea access and ocean views as part of the experience. A pool club is all about the pool — often set inland in the jungle, on a clifftop, or in an urban neighbourhood, where beach access isn't possible.
