Some restaurants are worth travelling across Singapore for, and Na Oh is one of them. Tucked away inside the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS), this modern Korean restaurant’s new four-course prix fixe menu celebrates Korean summer ingredients in an elegant way.
Expect beautifully plated starters before choosing your main event. We’d happily go back for the Pyongyang-style cold noodles, featuring a beef and dongchimi broth, shaved raw beef loin, and marinated quail eggs. It’s perfect for Singapore’s heat.
If you’re after something heartier, the samgyetang, starring tender young chicken stuffed with glutinous rice, hits the spot. Feeling indulgent? Add on the charcoal-grilled Hanwoo rib finger skewer or the Hanwoo tartare – both are standouts. Even better, many of the vegetables and herbs are harvested from the restaurant’s on-site Smart Farm, giving the menu a lovely seed-to-table touch.
P.S. make your experience extra special by booking a spot on the complimentary HMGICS Discovery Tour afterwards, where you’ll explore the smart farms, have a tasting session, marvel at a factory VR tour, and get an adrenaline spike with the Skytrack experience.
