The Michelin Guide Singapore 2026 is finally here! Marking its 10th edition in the Little Red Dot, this year’s selection celebrates more than 300 dining establishments, including 45 Michelin-starred restaurants and 97 Bib Gourmand eateries. From newly crowned stars to well-deserved promotions, here’s everything you need to know before booking your next meal.

The Michelin stars shine brighter than ever

This year’s ceremony recognised 45 Michelin-starred restaurants, including six new one-star establishments and two promotions. As expected, Les Amis, Odette and Zen retained their coveted three Michelin stars. It’s an especially impressive milestone for Les Amis and Odette, which have held the highest accolade since the inaugural edition in 2016.

Seven restaurants retained their two-star distinction: Cloudstreet, Jaan by Kirk Westaway, Meta, Saint Pierre, Shoukouwa, Sushi Sakuta, and Thevar. Joining the ranks are 1887 by Andre, which makes an impressive Michelin debut with two stars, and Seroja, promoted after three consecutive years as a one-star restaurant.

Six restaurants earned their first Michelin star this year: Cherry Garden by Chef Fei, Jin Ting Wan, Loca Niru, Sushi Kimura+, Tenshima, and Yong Fu, which was promoted from Michelin Selected. The remaining one-star restaurants successfully retained their status.

Sustainability also remained in the spotlight. Fiz and Seroja retained their Michelin Green Stars, awarded to restaurants championing environmentally responsible practices and sustainable gastronomy.

Beyond the stars, the ceremony also recognised outstanding talent through its annual special awards. This year’s recipients are Maryjoy Lim of Restaurant Jag (Michelin Guide Service Award), Joe Yang of Jin Ting Wan (Michelin Guide Sommelier Award), chef Shusuke Kubota of Loca Niru (Michelin Guide Young Chef Award), and 1887 by Andre (Michelin Guide Opening of the Year Award).

In addition, 12 Michelin-starred restaurants were recognised for appearing in every Singapore edition since the guide launched in 2016.

Bib Gourmand and Michelin Selected winners

Michelin isn’t just about fine dining. The 2026 Bib Gourmand selection features 97 establishments, with 10 newcomers joining the ranks of affordable eateries serving exceptional food. Even more impressively, 17 establishments have retained their Bib Gourmand status across all 10 editions of the Singapore guide.

New additions to the list include Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon, Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette in Newton Food Centre, Jia Xiang in Redhill Market, King of Laksa, Rajarani Thosai and Yi Pin Wei Braised Duck Kway Chap in Tampines Round Market & Food Centre, Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup and Tian Nan Xing Minced Pork Noodle in Kaki Bukit 511 Market & Food Centre, Xiangyee, and Xiu Ji Ikan Bilis Yong Tau Fu in Chinatown Market & Food Centre.

Rounding out the guide is the Michelin Selected category, featuring 165 restaurants recognised for their quality cooking. While they don’t hold a Bib Gourmand or Michelin star, these establishments have earned Michelin’s stamp of approval.
