Craving a freshly-baked bagel? Check out these top spots in Singapore for our favourite ones.
When you’ve got a case of the munchies, you can never go wrong with a bagel. You can have ‘em sweet, savoury or topped with your favourite ingredients. What’s not to love? This brunch staple is the bomb. But if you’re unsure where to go in Singapore when the craving for a bagel hits, don’t fret! We’ve got you covered with a list of the city’s best.
Where to find the best bagels in Singapore
1. Two Men Bagel House
You can’t go wrong with your order at Two Men Bagel House. Its bagels are baked fresh daily and come with different topping combinations for the ultimate flavour explosion. Chow down on the Avobaco, a pork bagel served with a sunny side up egg, Romaine lettuce and green chilli mayo. Or if you want something classic, go for the Luxe – a fan-favourite combination of salmon and cream cheese. Delish!
Two Men Bagel House, multiple locations including Holland Village and Joo Chiat
2. Keen Bagelry
We love this bagelry, which sells Japanese and New York-inspired bagelwiches. Its offerings are stuffed with ingredients such as smoked salmon, marinated chicken leg, and scrambled eggs. You can customise your bagels by adding tomatoes and sliced cheddar, or an additional protein. Best to get here early – the bagels sell out within hours after it opens!
Keen Bagelry, #02-19/20, Asia Square Tower 2, 12 Marina View, Singapore 018961
3. Jiababa
You know what makes bagels even better? Asian twists, of course. Lucky for us, sisters Kay and Kat deliver with their bagel shop, Jiababa. The bakes come in fun flavours like black sesame with osmanthus, taro with hojicha cream cheese and more. Bagels are available sporadically at the mo, so we recommend staying tuned to the brand’s social media pages for the latest updates. Fingers crossed a physical store will arrive soon…

4. Wooly’s Bagels
Something keeps drawing us back to this popular bagel shop in Singapore. We can’t tell if it’s the witty social media posts or the delicious offerings. The signature GTFBagel comes with scrambled eggs and crispy hash browns that are fried a la minute and layered on chicken ham slices. Don’t pass up on the Bagel Smore’s, inspired by the camping favourite. Just watch out for the marshmallow – it gets sticky after a while.
Wooly’s Bagels, multiple locations including Rangoon Road and Joo Chiat
5. Whiskdom
This place is known for its cookies and brownies, but the bagels deserve some love too. The lean menu is all about savoury options like kimchi chicken, spicy otah, and soft-boiled eggs with mayo and cheese. Of course, you can’t drop by and not get its famous treats. Pack some chunky cookies and a couple of lava-centred brownies to go and you’re set.
Whiskdom, multiple locations including Bugis and Raffles Place
6. Beigelhaus
Tanjong Pagar is a treasure trove for foodies, and Beigelhaus is one place you should hit up. This Muslim-owned cafe offers bagels with innovative names and premium fills. Fancy getting the Chilli Con Jovi? Or perhaps the Cocky Balboa is more up your alley. There are schmears like kombu butter and s’mores, as well as vegetarian-friendly options too.
Beigelhaus, #01-02, 144 Robinson Road, Singapore 068908
7. Dutch Colony Coffee Co
We’re no strangers to the brunches at Dutch Colony. It’s a frequent go-to for a warm cup of coffee, a slice of cake and uber satisfying bagels that’ll fill you up any time of day. Our favourite? The pastrami bagel topped with spring onion cream cheese, sauteed onions, and a generous serving of beef pastrami. It’s perfection on a plate.

8. Baker’s Bench Bakery
This homely yeast-free bakery in Bukit Pasoh serves some of the best handcrafted sourdough bakes. Think banoffee danishes, broccoli and cheese flatbread, and fudgy sea salt brownies that pair well with a warm cuppa joe. And of course, we can’t forget its myriad sourdough bagels. They come in flavours like plain, everything, cinnamon and raisin, cranberry and walnut, and cheese. Now all we need is a dash of cream cheese!
Baker’s Bench Bakery, 6 Bukit Pasoh Road, Singapore 089820
9. Baker & Cook
The next best thing after sliced bread has to be the sourdough bagels at Baker & Cook. These babies are handcrafted using natural wild yeast, and are oh so chewy from the fermentation process. Get them in a pack of four in flavours like plain, onion sesame seed, and blueberry. We often have ours topped with a dollop of jam or peanut butter.
Baker & Cook, multiple locations including Dairy Farm and Siglap
10. Sarnies
If you thought we’d forget Sarnies, think again. We’re already dreaming of its homemade sesame bagels! Add them on as a side with the Breakfast of Champions – a medley of steak or smoked salmon, mixed greens, scrambled eggs and guacamole – and you’re all set. Or if you want something smaller, try the pastrami bagel featuring sauerkraut, dijon mustard and garlic aioli. You can thank us later.
Sarnies, 136 Telok Ayer Street, Singapore 068601
11. Wild Honey
This won’t be a good list of the best bagels in Singapore without a mention of Wild Honey. We often dream of its spicy Shakshouka with chorizo and braised eggs! When the craving for bagels comes calling, it doesn’t fail us either. The I Love New York features creamy scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and caramelised onions on a bagel – you can even switch it up for a gluten-free one if you’re sensitive.
Wild Honey, multiple locations including Mandarin Gallery and Bugis
12. Onalu
The bagels from Onalu have our hearts (and stomachs), and it’s easy to see why. There’s a bagel for everyone here. Want something sweet? Have a Jam & Nutty bagel topped with house-made jam and almond butter. Need something heavier and meatier? You’ve got to try the Deviled Spam – a hearty combination of spam, cheddar, Monterey jack cheese and mashed deviled eggs.
Onalu, #01-11, 60 Stamford Road, Singapore 178900
13. Able Bagel
Place an order with Able Bagel for some “holesome” goodness – get it? These fresh hand-rolled, homemade bagels slap pretty hard. Our top pick has to be the Nutty Natters – a sweet treat that features Nutella, bananas and natural peanut butter on a cinnamon raisin bagel. Wash it all down with Able Bagel’s oat milk cold chocolate.
