Congratulations to the Singapore culinary phenomenons that made it to Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list!
The highly anticipated Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list has dropped, and guess what? Singapore’s dining scene is still slaying. We’ve got seven restaurants in the top 50, plus six more gems in the extended list (positions 51-100). For the uninitiated, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants is an annual list celebrating the region’s finest dining experiences, judged by a panel of culinary experts. Let’s take a closer look at the top spots that made the cut this year.
Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025: Singapore’s fine dining spots that made the list
1. Odette (#7)

At this point, no one should be surprised that Odette made the list. This year, it climbed three places to clinch the seventh spot, on top of being recognised as the best restaurant in Singapore! This three Michelin-starred institution is the pinnacle of refined French cuisine. Its signature dishes, like the Hokkaido uni with prawn tartare and Kristal caviar, highlight meticulous craftsmanship. Did you know chef Julien Royer works closely with small-scale producers to source unique and high-quality ingredients, often highlighting specific farms on his menu?

If you have an adventurous palate, sink your teeth into the Bresse pigeon with foie gras and black truffle jus. Fun fact: Les Amis has one of the most extensive wine cellars in Southeast Asia, focusing on rare French wines. P.S. The restaurant is currently closed for renovation and will reopen in May (online reservations will resume from 10 April).

Our hearts swell with pride seeing a familiar name in the top 50. If you haven’t visited Labyrinth, now’s a good time. The restaurant celebrates local flavours by reinventing classics with a fine dining twist. We don’t know about you, but the thought of savouring chilli crab ice cream and ang moh chicken rice again is making our mouths water. Under the guidance of chef Sun Kim, Meta (not to be confused with the other brand) fuses Korean and French techniques, producing bold and creative dishes. The Jeju abalone with seaweed, lily bulb, and chicken heart highlights the interplay of flavours. We love the minimalist interior: concrete floors, glass panels, and neutral hues, which contrast with the food.

A rising star in our culinary scene, Seroja champions Nusantara flavours with modern reinterpretations. Out of all the dishes it offers, the Johorean goat milk ice is a true showstopper. Chef-owner Kevin Wong should be proud of himself for helming one of Asia’s best restaurants.

Vegetarian food, but make it gastronomical. That’s Euphoria’s love letter to greens (don’t worry, the menu has some seafood too). Chef Jason Tan is known for using rare and unique vegetables to create his legendary plant-based dishes. The restaurant’s signature dish, Oignon Jamboree, is a masterful reinterpretation of the humble allium, elevating it from background character to star of the show. A good meal should end with something sweet, and the fantastical-sounding Alice in Wonderland, featuring canele de Bordeaux, macadamia ‘caramelia 36%’, nutmeg madeleine, and Horlicks marshmallow, is the perfect choice.
