Boom is changing the idea of boxing by incorporating functional training elements into the workout. Throw some punches a la Muhammad Ali with a personal boxing bag and weight station. Namaslay in style with Freedom Yoga’s affordable classes. Both outlets boast a tranquil space for you to unwind before class.
