Pascal Aussignac at CIRE Uluwatu
Mark your calendars foodies, wine lovers, francophiles… this is a must attend evening. Pascal Aussignac is coming to Villa Alila Uluwatu on Saturday 19 July for an unbelievable night of French epicurean delight.
The executive chef and co-founder of London-based restaurant Club Gascon will take over the kitchen at CIRE to thrill patrons with his innovative and memorable take on Southern French cuisine.
Pascal was born in Toulousse in the south of France- think foie gras, charcuterie, cassoulet and of course vino- and after training with master chefs Gerard Vie, Alain Dutournier and Guy Savoy (just to name a few!), he left his homeland to make his mark on the London food scene, opening Club Gascon in 1998, where he still spends his days in the kitchen.
Over the course of the last 15+ years, his flagship restaurant has received numerous accolades aside from the prestigious Michelin star, including Restaurant of the Year (The Caterer Magazine, AA Guide, Good Food Guide), and Best French Restaurant (Hotel and Restaurant Awards).
It’s going to be one spectacular night full of the unfailingly delicious and award winning food of this world class chef in CIRE’s stunning setting.
