As its name suggests, the Moutai Experiential Centre takes guests on a journey through the history, craftsmanship and culture behind the Chinese spirit. Visitors will learn more about its ingredients, production techniques and flavour profile through sight, smell, taste and touch.
The centre will showcase more than 300 Moutai labels, from approachable bottles to rarities valued at up to $1 million. The aptly named Imperial Treasure Moutai House focuses on Huaiyang cuisine and Guizhou’s vibrant flavours, while also demonstrating how Moutai can be paired with dishes for a refined meal.
The cherry on top of this Moutai cake? Sohaus, a new rooftop bar in Singapore overlooking the Marina Bay skyline and waterfront. Developed by Moutai House and Nutmeg Collective, the concept brings together the homegrown group’s expertise in cocktails and the Chinese company’s heritage and vision.
Sohaus’ drinks programme comprises eight original creations showcasing Moutai, along with eight classic cocktails reinterpreted with Moutai-inspired flavours and elements.
