Cosy up in a chic and inviting setting

Step inside Slainte, and you’ll be instantly enveloped in a warm and welcoming ambience. From the cave-like stone walls to wooden furnishing and warm glow, every inch of the restaurant is designed to make you linger.
With a perfect balance of intimacy and luxury, it is a space that makes for easy and effortless conversations. Coupled with its quieter location away from the main shopping strip, Slainte is where you can finally take a breather from the hustle and bustle.
A smoky menu takes centre stage
Bold, smoky flavours and charcoal grilling anchor the menu at Slainte. The restaurant’s state-of-the-art Kopa oven is where all the grilling magic happens. Fired by charcoal and applewood, this showstopper reaches a blistering 600 degrees Celsius.
The results? An irresistible menu kissed by smoke, serving up unbeatable juiciness and deeply charred flavours that can’t be replicated at home.

The flame-grilled selection beckons with signatures like black Angus porterhouse ($78), char siew Iberico pork jowl ($17) with a sweet-savoury glaze, Jack’s Creek wagyu hanger steak ($58), miso-glazed Patagonian toothfish ($38), and an 18-hour-marinated ayam bakar ($24).
And don’t miss the Iberico pork ($42) cooked to medium-well – we hear it’s one of the best in town. Enjoy these succulent meats and seafood with moreish sides ($9 each) like French onion mac and cheese, smashed crispy potatoes and charred asparagus.
Beyond these charcoal-grilled creations, we’re also eyeing starters like the scallop and prawn tartlets ($25) for a savoury pastry with fresh seafood, and hearty plates such as the signature yuzu kosho pasta ($29). With an extensive selection of pasta, vibrant salads and hearty mains, you’ll be left happily spoilt for choice from day through night.
Sip auctioned-sourced whiskies by the dram

Curious about the world of whisky? Take a seat at Slainte to get started. The restaurant offers a collection of auction-sourced rare whisky that you can sip by the dram from just $15. Take it as your licence to try lesser seen whisky labels, each with its unique taste, history and craftsmanship.
Wines, champagne and creative cocktails are also available. We recommend trying the specially concocted cocktails, including the signature Slainte. An ode to the restaurant’s Irish roots, it is a blend of smoky Islay Scotch, sweet vermouth, Aperol and cinnamon.
