Go Classic with the Margherita and Pepperoni; or try the crowd favourite Wagyu Tenderloin Pizza from the Artisan selection, topped with decadent Wagyu steak slices. For seafood lovers, the Lobster Pizza will definitely please, with decadent chunks of lobster meat on top of a zesty tomato sauce base.

7. Fini’s Italian American
As famous as Italian-style pizza is, there’s another version that’s becoming increasingly just as popular: New York-style pizza. As it just so happens, Fini’s Italian American has been slinging New York-style pies since 2011, with a 12-inch option and a staggering 18-inch offering. Fini’s Famous Margherita holds down the fort as one of our favourite pizzas in Hong Kong, while the Bronx brings out the inner carnivore in you with heaps of homemade sausage, spicy pepperoni, and pork meatball. In true American fashion, this joint is no light fare, but you’ll be unbuttoning your pants at the end of the meal with a smile on your face.

8. Motorino
At Black Sheep restaurant Motorino, making pizza is a form of art. Adopting all of the top Italian pizza-making techniques and ingredients from Napoli, Motorino strives to put its best (Italian) foot forward with every meal they make. The Marinara is a classic, no-frills pizza with tomato sauce, oregano, garlic and pecorino; while the Polpette is a delicious, slightly more-frills version with meatballs, fior di latte, basil, and pecorino. Just take a bite, close your eyes, and drift off to Italy…
