Take your time at Moonbow’s five-course menu as you bask in its gorgeous space. Satiate your palate with oysters paired with a kumquat emulsion, “serama” chicken consomme, beef wellington, king prawn and texture of raspberry. The dessert combines raspberry pop rocks, raspberry sorbet, raspberry parfait, raspberry “blanket”, and fresh raspberries that will fetch all the likes on your IG feed.

2. Salted & Hung
Take mum to a special five-course lunch menu at Salted & Hung. True to the restaurant’s minimal waste philosophy, it serves refined classics like the aged turbot served with an aromatic tea broth and caviar. Plus, Hokkaido scallop with pea and lardo followed by Kagoshima A4 wagyu with 24-hour BBQ carrot and spiced reduction. Chef Drew pays tribute to his family farm in Queensland with “el toro orchard”, a dessert with caramelised apple, chocolate and mascarpone.

3. Sofitel Singapore City Centre
Pinkies up for a chic afternoon tea at Sofitel Singapore City Centre. Local pastry maven L’éclair Pâtisserie joins the hotel’s culinary master series for sweet and savoury delights. The two-tiered box boasts baked croissant with truffle eggs, kueh pie tee with crab meat, caviar cream and baked frittata with octopus and smoked cayenne, just to name a few. For sweet treats, look forward to scones and Chantilly cream, dried fruits and homemade marmalade, as well as assorted pralines and macarons for your tête-à-tête. As for dessert, the patisserie dishes out mini eclair flavours like “isaphan”, “lemon meringue”, “kaya pandan” and “Paris brest”. The rooftop restaurant and bar will be putting a Mother’s Day spin to its fab Sunday champagne brunch series. Bring the whole family out for a feast served a la carte to your table. Featuring hearty ossobuco served with gremolata, risotto Milanese, pappardelle with beef ragout, plus seafood from the raw bar and other brunch staples. You won’t be thirsty thanks to the selection of free-flow Veuve Clicquot champagne, Peroni beer, and cocktails such as mimosas, Bloody Marys and Singapore Slings.

5. The Bravery
Muslim-owned resto The Bravery is offering a set meal (main, dessert and drink) that’s perfect for mum. Look forward to the cod en papillote: cod fillet baked in a paper bag with fragrant fennel, seasonal greens, herbs, microgreens and soy broth. Sweet tooths will love the peach smoothie, made exclusively for Mother’s Day. Made with peaches, frozen bananas, milk and honey, it’s perfectly balanced with a touch of vanilla and ginger. It’s also inspired by head barista Marvyn Tan’s mother. How sweet!

Step inside this celebrity restaurant for a three-course feast. Available for both lunch and dinner, you’ll have a chance to try off-menu items like heirloom tomato tart or salmon tartare. Once you’ve teased your palate, dig into the all-time favourite beef fillet wellington paired with bone marrow and glorious sides. Draw Mother’s Day dining to an end with a raspberry cake with frozen lemon yoghurt.
