3. Amusement parks
Take a break from the books and check out the amusement parks that offer student discounts on annual memberships. Even if you only hit the parks a couple times a year, these student memberships will save you over individual tickets. For one, Ocean Park’s Annual Membership grants full-time students (over 12 years old) unlimited access for a year from the date of purchase. You’ll also get exclusive welcome rewards and deals, all at a cheaper price.
Similarly, Hong Kong Disneyland features an annual membership that gives students a bang for their buck. The Magic Access annual pass has a tiered system, from Silver to Platinum. Each level offers discounts for full-time students aged 12 to 25. Along with year-round magic, you’ll get special privileges for parking, shopping, dining, and hotel rooms.

As one of the most engaging avenues for learning, it’s no surprise that museums feature some of the best student discounts in Hong Kong. LCSD Museums, which runs over 10 museums including the Space Museum and the Museum of Art, offers a Museum Pass. This pass allows unlimited access to permanent and special exhibitions at all locations (unless specified otherwise). Full-time students are given a reduced rate for the Museum Pass’s annual fee. If you’re interested in facilities not under LCSD Museums, worry not because most offer concession prices for full-time students, too. For instance, M+ and the Hong Kong Palace Museum both offer marked-down fares, so just bring your student ID and explore.
