Numerologist Corie Chu is here to help as we move into spring and a busy time of year for us all
As we welcome spring, the weather warms up so we can enjoy water sports and exploring the islands around Hong Kong (you absolutely can’t miss having a vegan feast at Olive Leaf on Lamma btw), but you could be getting busier at work and socially too. Thankfully, Corie Chu is here with her guide on numerology for April to give us some tips on how to stay on top of things.
Numerology for April: What do these numbers entail?
Following last month’s numerology forecast, I had said March 2019 would generally be messier in general for everyone. And it was especially challenging for Type A personalities. Maybe you’ve noticed that it was harder for you to focus and get something done and your meetings kept getting rescheduled last minute. Regardless, we were all tested on how well and quickly we’re able to adapt into a new situation more than usual.
Luckily, we’ll be coming into a little more balance and structure this April. Type A personalities will be thriving, meanwhile Type B’s will find it slightly trickier to cope with this month’s universal energy, but it won’t be TOO bad. Why? Because the energy flow for April, the month of the number “4”, represents stability, organisation and cultivating big picture thinking; but because 2019 is a “3” year, there’s still some flexible energy floating around. You might be sensing a bit more of a push-pull energy, but hopefully now you’ll be aware of that and can break past it.
Numerology for April: three things to remember
Challenge Your Visual Sensories
Pick an image and spend three minutes a day staring at it for the next 21 days. Yes, the same image everyday for 21 days. The more abstract, the more challenging. Notice what kind of thoughts comes up, and how you feel. Does it remind you of anything? Notice what you didn’t realise yesterday or days before? Or does it seem stupid and pointless? Does it aggravate you? On the other hand, have you noticed new details and come to appreciate them? If you could elevate this image in any way, what would you do?
After the 21 day period, if you still feel inspired to make changes to the image, go ahead and paint, draw, decorate it until you feel complete. The point is to build patience, practice mindfulness, then break free from your usual way of thinking so that you can go wild with creativity, and you know exactly where to go.

Make Plans, But WAIT!
That’s right. Make plans this month but don’t take action just yet. If you’ve been itching to quit your job, move or start a new business, take a beat. According to numerology for April, you should use this month to gather information, look through them thoroughly and then plan accordingly so that you can eliminate unfavorable surprises. It’s best to wait until May to take action. Obviously you need to apply common sense as well. If you only have a day to accept an offer to your dream job, take it! Just see if you can start after Easter or in May.

Get Grounded
The more grounded you get, the better it’ll set you up for the rest of the year and to execute those plans you’re making. What I mean by grounded is to create a strong, solid foundation for yourself so that when you’re ever at a crossroad, you won’t need to stew in uncertainty for too long. You’ll know almost immediately what’s right or not so fitting for you.
The best way to get grounded is to go into nature and get connected with the Earth. Check out these hiking trails on weekends, walk more often, practice yoga and mediation during the week, tend to your plants with love and presence. These are very doable things that doesn’t require us breaking the piggy bank. The more you’re able to do this month, the more you’ll be able to access mental clarity that will lead you to better decision-making.
