One of our favourite go-tos for a glamorous festive affair is Skye Roofbar and Dining. Its Christmas menu promises a truly extraordinary dining experience above the dazzling city! As the evening fills with the glow of twinkling lights, Skye transports you to a world of extravagance. Start off with oysters and Champagne granite, then indulge in caviar and mussel pairings. Then, delight in expertly prepared turbot with black truffles and Marinières emulsion. Each bite is a harmony of rich, earthy flavours.
