There’s no need to travel all the way to Thailand for your massage fix as there are many parlours in Singapore offering services that are very close to the real deal. Case in point: Healthland’s Traditional Thai Massage ($60, 60 minutes) will leave you feeling all relaxed. Pop by this quaint and super cool massage parlour – which is built from shipping containers, btw – before your afternoon cuppa at Tiong Bahru. Ward off your tension and aches with a range of body massages, scrubs and a combination of body and foot massages from $69. Our eyes are on the Lime Luffa Buffer ($69, 45 minutes). This exfoliating scrub will protect you from pollution and UV rays, thanks to the vitamin C in lime, and will leave you with that post-spa glow from neck to toe.

Highlighting holistic wellness, Healing Touch offers pampering sessions for orthopaedic disorders, water retention and anti-aging. Sure, you have your usual deep tissue and shiatsu massages, but we recommend trying the 4P Tension Relief Massage ($58.85, 60 minutes). It’s a great mix of Swedish, deep tissue, Thai and acupressure massages. After all, the 4P experience translates to the “right pressure, points, pace and pampering affair”. Tip: Top up for an additional 30 minutes at just $30.

It also does the trick of easing your knots and relieving tension.
