Sunday brunch ($88++) at the Hilton is truly a weekend treat with its broad selection of seafood delicacies. The buffet spread here includes Maine lobster, yabbies, Alaskan king crab, tiger prawns, half-shell scallops, black mussels, pacific clams, Fine De Claire oysters, and more. Feeling hungry yet?

Famed for its Ice Bar, Colony at Ritz Carlton is another destination for seafood-loving foodies. The ice bar spread includes Alaskan king crab, lobster claw, half-shell scallops, flower clams, white clams, poached prawns, and Australian black mussels. The oyster basket section of the buffet offers freshly shucked oysters with a variety of sauces and condiments. Move on to the sushi section, and you’ll find a bounty of sushi and sashimi options with sliced salmon, akami tuna, mekajiki, shima aji, snapper, and amberjack. The buffet starts at just $58 for lunch on weekdays, but prices go up for dinner and over the weekend.

From Fridays to Sundays, W Singapore Sentosa Cove’s the kitchen table brings you Seafood from the Heart ($88) – a buffet showcase of modern sustainable seafood dishes. Expect classics like chilli crab and oysters, as well as a tandoori lobster dish. While not a buffet, the kitchen table also offers a Crabby Saturdays a la carte menu with dishes starting from $14++.

Edge’s revitalised Hooked@Edge dinner buffet ($88) on Wednesdays and Thursdays features an delightful spread of Chef de Cuisine Ken Zheng’s exquisitely crafted international delicacies. Of special note is the knife-shaved raw seafood bar featuring dishes like prawn tartare, white snapper, diver scallops, and even a truffle edamame shooter.
