What’s happening this year
Negroni Week, founded in 2013, blends the love for classic cocktails with charity. What started small has grown into a global movement, raising over US$5 million for charitable causes.
For 2026, the event partners with Slow Food International, a global organisation recognised for its preservation of traditional gastronomy and promotion of sustainable food practices. Bars worldwide will pay a registration fee, contributing to the Negroni Week Fund by Slow Food International in support of local projects. They can also donate a share of Negroni sales to their chosen local charities.
