We’d be surprised if you haven’t heard this one. Located at Far East Plaza’s top floor, Lips Enterprise is a gem of a costume store. Although it’s modestly shabby and charmingly cramped, the beauty in this decades-old store is the surprise factor: endless racks of quirky ensembles and props line its walls, so if you still haven’t decided on your Halloween costume this year, we strongly suggest popping in. We promise you’ll either leave with a brilliant costume or newfound inspiration for a dazzling DIY ensemble.
