This little bakery does serve coffee and tea, but the real reason you’re going to want to visit is for the cakes. The brainchild of Dominique Ansel, named the world’s best pastry chef in 2017, indulge in a capsule collection of treats that pay homage to Hong Kong. Try a soup dumpling that’s really mango vanilla mousse cake or red bean ice cream mochi masked as fishballs, whatever you choose will be a feast for both your tastebuds and Instagram.

Not technically a cafe, but offering delicious milkshakes in a range of tasty flavours, American milkshake bar Shake Up! Has just opened its second store. Located in Mong Kok, the new spot serves a new selection of drinks with low-sugar ice cream bases made fresh in-store every day. And we love that you can add a selection of extra toppings like chocolate, cookies, marshmallows and fresh fruit to make these drinks even more appealing.

This fancy new space overlooking Hollywood Road is another great opening from the team behind Cupping Room. We love, love, love the minimal interior design and good vibes they bring to Central and, as per usual, the coffee is on point.
