This crowd-favourite cafe-bakery is one of my go-tos for delicious chiffons and creamy Basque burnt cheesecakes. Jomo’s chiffon cakes are arguably among the best in town – incredibly fluffy sponge layers are balanced with a light frosting that doesn’t overwhelm with richness. My favourite is the Black Sesame Chiffon which delivers a distinctive taste of Hong Kong, but you really can’t go wrong with any from Jomo’s catalogue.
