1. Spritz ‘N’ Beats: Hong Kong’s Summer Party Series!

We’re obsessed with Aperol Spritz’s “Spritz ‘N’ Beats” party series taking over Hong Kong – it’s literally Italian summer in a glass! We’re planning to chill at Stazione Novella’s Venetian-style pop-up, hit Staunton’s Gastropub for DJ sets and free-flow brunch, unwind in The St. Regis Hong Kong’s Summer Spritz Garden, and grab complimentary tapas at Pazta’s Aperitivo Hour. Seriously, what’s not to love? Don’t forget to share your Spritz moments on Instagram for a chance to win an Apple AirPod Max!

3. Bar Mind

Bar Mind – 念 is the newest chapter in Soho’s cocktail scene, and we are absolutely captivated by its minimalist and introspective vibe on Elgin Street. A collaborative vision from two of the city’s rising stars, Jo Lo (Diageo World Class Hong Kong & Macau 2022 Champion!) and Birs Wong (Diageo World Class Hong Kong & Macau 2023 Champion!), the harmony of their individual and shared philosophies can be tasted in every sip. This spot strips away the usual bar noise, letting you focus on the incredible drinks, emotional depth, and genuine human connection.
Must-try items: Monk’s Sea Breeze, Streetwise Boulevardier, Campino Dreams
How much: Cocktails from HK130
Address: G/F, 26 Elgin Street, SoHo, Central, Hong Kong.
4. Oasis

Get ready for a fresh take on a dive bar. Hong Kong’s celebrated mixologist Alex Pun (you might know him from Orchard!) has opened his second concept, Bar Oasis, right in the heart of Central. We love how Alex, with nearly two decades of experience, is shaking up the nightlife with a spot that serves affordable luxury in a martini glass. It’s got a buzzing atmosphere with 90s rap, a jukebox, and dim lighting perfect for mingling, plus a window overlooking Hollywood Road for that half-al fresco vibe!
Must-try items: Grapefruit MC, Spicy Tequila Wedge fries
How much: Cocktails from HK100
Address: G/F, Winning House, 28 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong
5. Montana

Get ready, Hong Kong! Two long-time friends and global bar legends, Lorenzo Antinori (from Hong Kong’s Bar Leone, second in World’s 50 Best Bars 2024) and Simone Caporale (from Barcelona’s Sips, World’s Best Bar 2023), are joining hands to open Montana! A vibrant homage to the golden era of Cuban mixology, and channeling the electric energy of Miami in the 1970s, the bar is all about the craft and legacy of legendary Cuban bartenders, but with modern creativity and the kind of hospitality that truly makes a drink memorable.
Must-try items: Daiquiri, Mojito, El Presidente
Address: Shop A, 108 Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
