I spent two hours exploring The Wellness Suite at Singapore Yachting Festival so you don’t have to – but you might be tempted to try….
What’s at the intersection of luxury, boating, and wellness? A wellness retreat on a superyacht, if the new addition to Singapore Yachting Festival is any indication. I spent two hours exploring this luxury wellness concept curated by Teiāh Hospitality, which involves red light therapy, longevity chats, a transformative audio therapy nap and more. If you’re looking for an elevated wellness experience beyond checking in at one of the best spas in Singapore, save this for a luxurious addition to your wellness agenda.

Here’s an overview: a two-hour experience in The Wellness Suite costs $88 per pax. The experience consists of six zones, which I explored in any order at my leisure. There’s a skin and health analysis, a red light therapy room, audio therapy, a longevity talk, an elixir bar, as well as canapés.
Best for: Anyone who wants a luxurious wellness retreat on a superyacht
Price: $88 per pax
Dates: Now till 27 April 2026
Address: The Wellness Suite at Singapore Yachting Festival, #01-01, ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, 11 Cove Drive, Singapore 098497
A transformative nap with audio therapy
A morning of meetings and an afternoon of exploration had my energy feeling pretty low, so I decided to begin my experience in the audio therapy room. The team set me up with a sticker on my wrist, that’s said to block electromagnetic distractions to amplify the effects of the audio therapy, an eye mask, and headphones. Soon enough, I began to drift off.

Using a clinically-proven method designed by a neuroscientist, NuCalm uses precise algorithms to guide you into a state of calm by managing brain wave frequencies. I was told that 20 minutes of this audio therapy would give me the restorative benefits comparable to two hours of sleep – a dream for any busy urbanite.

I wouldn’t say it was the best nap I’ve ever had (me being a motion sickness-prone girly on a yacht might have something to do with it), but it was certainly a restorative experience that felt much more healing than I expected a 20-minute nap to be. I woke up refreshed and ready to take on the other experiences aboard this luxe cruiser.
Red light therapy for the body and skin

Next up, the red light therapy room by FRQNCE. I spent more time learning about the different technologies than experiencing the therapy myself, but it was an insightful tour of the space and all its offerings. For muscle recovery, there’s a red light therapy mat that lets you have a rejuvenating rest, and it’s recommended to be used for about 30 minutes.

In the mood for a nice long bath? Yes, there’s even a bathtub downstairs where you can enjoy red light therapy while having a relaxing soak.
We can’t miss out on skincare. Pop on the face mask for 10 minutes to find your glow. There’s different light wavelengths for various skin benefits – for instance, red for anti-aging and blue for acne.
Good-for-you drinks and eats

I was feeling peckish, so off to the canapés and drink bar I went. The spread of bites were carefully curated by ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, featuring wholesome eats like salmon and tuna.
Across from the canapés, the elixir bar by ALMA Culinary Wellness Solutions offers specially created sips designed to nourish you from within. This superyacht wellness experience at Singapore Yachting Festival is your only chance to taste the creations from this Italian wellness consultancy in Singapore at the moment, so if you’re into good-for-you elixirs, this is your ticket.

The drinks are categorised into benefits like balance, energy, recharge, and detox. I personally really enjoyed the balancing elixir, a hibiscus and sencha blend with lemon balm that’s designed for metabolic support and antioxidant benefits. Psst: at each station, you’ll get the exact recipe for each elixir too!
A peek into The Longevity Suite’s offerings
You might have heard of The Longevity Suite, but what do they really do? Well, a chat with Nort Janssen, the founder of Longevity Holdings APAC, gave me all the answers. Part of The Wellness Suite experience is a longevity chat with Nort, where you can discuss your goals and ideas about longevity, or find out more about The Longevity Suite in a roundtable format.
During our chat, Nort dived into the pillars of longevity, as The Longevity Suite sees it. They consist of exercise, nutrition, mental health, and sleep. The company’s main aim isn’t about increasing lifespans, though. As Nort puts it, they’re about “adding life to years, not years to life”. So they might not get you to 150 years old, but they’ll strive to keep you healthy, mobile, and strong for as long as possible.

While The Longevity Suite didn’t transport all its technology to this superyacht, they do offer an instant skin and health analysis on board. I simply had to download an app and let it take a few photos and measurements to view my results. I was amazed by how many health markers this instant analysis could measure, ranging from lung health, to metabolic health, to blood health, skin and more. The skin analysis could be done without removing my makeup, too – making it quick and fuss-free.
Overall, it was an insightful and intriguing experience that gave me a peek into the world of luxury wellness. Curious to experience The Wellness Suite for yourself? Make your way to the Singapore Yachting Festival this weekend!
