This three-storey integrated community and lifestyle hub in the ever-popular (with BTO bids, that is) Bidadari estate is home to plenty of brands, both new and familiar. It’s also connected to the upcoming 10-hectare Bidadari Park, which will open later this year. You may have witnessed the hype behind this K-BBQ joint’s opening at Bugis Junction earlier this year. Well, it’s already expanding across the island with a second outlet here. Known for its three-step process of cooking meat – sear, torch and flambe – the dining experience is immersive and interactive, thanks to the open kitchen and tableside “shows”. Menu must-tries include angus beef tenderloin, pork baby back ribs, and Duroc pork belly. Of course, you can’t miss out on classic faves like ramyeon, seafood jjampong, and bacon kongnamul pancake.

2. VeganBurg
Got love for meatless burgers? Pop by this fuss-free plant-based eatery for protein-packed buns that won’t make you miss the meat. Sink your teeth into the best-seller: smoky BBQ made with a soy patty, vegan bacon and onion rings between wholemeal buns. Or try the Singapore-exclusive “crab” meat patty with chilli “crab” sauce and fresh greens. More burger options include avocado and beets, crispy portobello patty, and char-grilled “satay”. Leave room for desserts like cookies, brownies and ice cream.

Sure, we all know Brewerkz for its casual vibes and good beers. But if you’re looking for a new haunt, this spot sure fits the bill. The interior is contemporary and chic, and the all-day menu serves everything from classic American plates to Asian faves to modern European dishes. That’s on top of cakes, pastries, coffees, and craft beers on tap. Best of all, you’ll enjoy picturesque views of Bidadari Park’s Alkaff Lake and Heritage Walk. 4. Paradise Classic
The well-known Chinese restaurant’s newest outlet is bright, decked out in pastel hues, and welcoming. Expect the same top-notch dishes you’ve come to know and love. We’ve got our eye on the signature prawn broth, crispy sweet and sour pork, double-boiled kampong chicken soup, and traditional stir-fried mee sua.

5. Hototogisu Ramen
Backed by Michelin stars in Tokyo, this popular eatery arrived at the mall to great fanfare (and long lines). Take a seat and enjoy piping hot bowls of tonkotsu original or smoked pepper ramen, black spicy ramen, Iberico shoyu ramen, or crab ramen. The menu also offers rice sets with the likes of cha shu, gyoza, salmon teriyaki and chicken karaage if you’re not into noodles.

6. Kskin Korean Express Facial
Need a quick fix for a glow-up? Just walk into this beauty salon for a 15-minute facial treatment that uses Korean skincare for hydrating, lifting and brightening. If you live around the area, you might just become a regular at the brand’s latest outlet.

7. Kiztopia Club
Make a splash “underwater” at Kiztopia’s 3,000 sq ft of “deep blue sea” space. It’s home to trampolines, sand pits, mega ball pits, obstacle courses and loads more fun. Little ones will be happily kept entertained for a couple of hours while parents get to shop up a storm.

8. Surrey Hills Grocer
This one’s not open yet, but if it’s anything like its other spaces in Raffles Place and Ion Orchard, we can’t wait to see the place take shape. It’s known for a lovely array of goodies any kitchen pantry will love, as well as amazing mains, fantastic sandwiches and stunning desserts.
