A spin-off of the market-leading Speciality & Fine Food Fair in London, the event features specially curated global exhibitors, renowned chefs taking the stage and hospitality experts revealing industry insights. Whether you’re a budding chef or an industry veteran, Fine Food Live, an interactive demo theatre where top chefs from the region will be whipping up amazing feasts, should be on the top of your list. You know you’ll be in for a treat, with Chef Adriansyah from award-winning Bali resto Locavore headlining, and Singapore chefs such as Sam Aisbett (Whitegrass) and LG Han (Labyrinth) joining him. Top bartenders including Manhattan’s Gabriel Martin Escoto Carlos and Tippling Club’s Mel John Chavez will also be demonstrating and conducting masterclasses at RPB Asia’s The Centre Stage.
