Come April 13, get your fix of Rihanna's Fenty x Puma collection with a release of four new shoe styles, including sliders, mule heels and updated trainers
Bad news for those who caught the recent Rihanna’s fall Fenty x Puma show at Paris Fashion Week: that collection will only be released in September. The first spring release was on 9 March, but here’s something else to tide you over: the second spring release is slated for a pre-launch starting 13 April. The Marie Antoinette-inspired collection merges 18th century French style – think extravagant fabrics and delicate colours – with athleisure styling.
First to drop are four new styles, including lust-worthy slides, this time made pool-friendlier with an oversized bow (instead of faux fur) in olive green and silver pink. Want something a little grittier? Also in the lineup are the Bow sneakers, a feminine rendition of the iconic Trionomic runner, and the Sneaker Boot Zip, which features a chunky platform style with satin and leather overlays. The final addition is the strappy stiletto Lace Up Heel in a blush leather with the signature PUMA Formstrip on its side.
Releasing on 13 April are the updated versions of the ever-popular Fenty Trainers, Jelly Slides, Sneaker Boot Strap, and the Mule Heel.
Keep watching this space as new arrivals continue to be released across April, May and June.
The second release of the Fenty x Puma SS17 collection begins its launch from April 13 at PUMA retail stores (Vivocity, Bugis + and Paragon) and retailers including Limited Edt, Pedder on Scotts, Leftfoot and Seek.
