Update: It’s just been announced that this concert has been cancelled. Citing “unforeseen circumstances” as the cause, Justin Bieber has cancelled the remainder of his Purpose world tour, which included a stop in Singapore on 7 October. All tickets will be refunded. Guess Bieber’s really… sorry?
