Fortuna Terrazza on Craig Road is a new cafe serving up Amalfi-inspired brunch, cocktails, and IG-worthy vibes.
Fortuna Terrazza is here to snatch the crown for best brunch in Singapore, and this new cafe in Singapore is only three doors down from big sibling Fortuna on Craig Road. Opening on 1 October 2025, the all-day Amalfi-inspired cafe serves Southern Italian sunshine on a plate (and in a glass).. I scored an early sneak peek, so buckle up for tasty carbs, cocktails, and a striking space that’ll encourage you to take a selfie.

From pizza legends to brunch royalty

Since opening on Craig Road, Fortuna has had a glowing year – rave reviews, constant crowds, and a spot on the “best pizzerias in Asia Pacific” list. No victory naps for these pizza wizards! Instead, the Fortuna boys have been busy hatching Fortuna Terrazza, their Amalfi-inspired brunch baby. The energy is already buzzing, even before the doors officially open.
The vibe is bright and cheery, with yellow hues dominating the space. Lemons are another repeat motif, framing the walls and the huge mirror near the entrance. (Mark my words: there will be selfies. Many, many selfies.) The alfresco area, with its awning and pops of green on the tables, totally nails that Southern Italy fantasy. I daresay it’s my favourite spot, heat and humidity notwithstanding.

If you don’t want to sweat like it’s a tropical sauna, indoors is the chill zone. Expect comfy sofas, mirrors on the walls, artsy vibes, and a cool bar where you can watch the team whip up your drinks. Check out the cute little awnings! The middle zone was giving slightly moody lair vibes during my visit, but don’t worry, they’re fixing it.
Eggs, toasts, and delightful goodies

The menu is lean, so no panic-scrolling like you’re on Netflix. First up: the Buongiorno Toast ($26), an open-faced sandwich with maple-glazed bacon, a folded egg, and provolone cheese. It may not look pretty, but it was certainly delicious. The bread might be a wee bit soft for sourdough purists, but it was totally fine for me.
The aglio & olio Benedict ($24) is another winner, with the Hollandaise coming out of a spray can (a genius move, I might add). The sauce balanced the rosti nicely, though the yolks were a touch more cooked than I’d like – jammy rather than oozy. Not a dealbreaker, but your mileage may vary. Still, it hits the brunch spot perfectly.

By noon, the brunch vibes turn into full-on Italian feasting mode. You can dive into folded pizzas, pastas, and mains like the smashed burger ($28) or pork cotoletta parmigiana ($34). I went with the IFC ($26), Italian-style marinated fried chicken with shredded apple “caleslaw”, provolone, and Italian buns (don’t think naughty). The cornflake crumbs add crunch and sweetness, elevating the protein with flavour and texture.
Bonus points for the fries, which stayed crisp even after a few minutes of neglect. If everything I’ve eaten is too much indulgence for you, the menu offers salads that cut through the fatty goodness like a diva slicing through drama.
Sweet treats and day drinking dreams

Now, we come to the most crucial part: desserts. I’m happy to report they were solid, even if the selection was limited. The RicottaMisu Hot Cake ($18) was sadly sold out (justice for me, please!), but the doughnut of the day ($8) made up for it. It was Nutella during my visit, but you can expect playful and interesting flavours for future runs. I’ve already earmarked the Arancia French toast ($18) for my next visit. Orange and hazelnut? Sounds amazing, if you ask me.
What’s brunch without some day drinking? The Bellinis ($14) are deceptive little devils – pretty enough for IG, quietly strong enough to ruin your 3pm meeting. Peach was my poison, and I nearly didn’t survive the rest of my workday. Oh, and the lemon foam topping? Total Instagram bait.
Is Fortuna Terrazza a worthy sequel?

If there’s one word to describe this vibey new spot in Tanjong Pagar, it’d be “ambitious”. Some people would wait before plotting their next move, but not the Fortuna trio. I love that the two establishments are close enough to support each other yet distinct enough to stand on their own. (Speaking of, I’m told Fortuna Terrazza will remain open on days when the OG is full so that they can seat and feed everyone.)
Menu-wise, it’s tight but smart; I reckon a seasonal rotation could keep things fresh. And the founders? Still dishing out affection to guests like it’s a main course (please never change).
