‘Tis the season to appreciate local food, bring on the laksa, nasi lemak, chicken rice, chilli crab and more this week!
What can we say? We’re good at hunting for the best pastries and bakes, trying out cuisines in town from Mexican to mod-sin, and hawker fare to keep it real, on top of the game with new spots to eat and honestly, all we ever do is plan our next meal. Food news and culinary happenings? You can trust us.

Taiwan’s TenRen comes to Singapore and it looks like people are still just as crazy over bubble tea here. Well, if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em! It’s one of the largest tea retailers in the world and also one with a lot of history. TenRen’s Tea was founded in 1953 – yup, it’s older than most of you. Italian Fare with a Singaporean Twist
Fusion gone wild! In celebration of all things local this National Day, Latteria Mozzarella Bar has cooked up a special brunch menu incorporating classic Singaporean dishes with Italian cuisine. Game for some nasi lemak arancino (stuffed rice balls) with sambal aioli, chilli crab panzerotti (savoury turnover), and bucatini (thick, hollow pasta) laksa with mixed seafood piccante? Our taste buds definitely are.
