If you need a moment of peace away from the crowds at Marina Bay, escape to Wildseed Cafe at 1-Flowerhill for the Speed & Splendour high tea set ($68++ for two). The two-tiered stand starts with savoury treats like chilli crab kueh pie tee and mini BLT croissant, followed by sweets such as passion fruit financier and ondeh ondeh tart. For a local touch, Rempapa chef Damian D’Silva’s kueh kosui, kueh salat and kueh talam pandan are added to the mix. Enjoy two servings of coffee or tea to wash it all down.

3. Dragonfly Singapore
This is one cool bar you need to experience. Immerse yourself in the whimsical decor to escape from the city and down drinks by guest bartender Andrei Inchim on 19 or 21 September. 4. Aniba

5. Level33
Who needs an adrenaline high when you can literally elevate your dining experience at the world’s tallest urban microbrewery? Here’s the best part: you get a clear view of the Marina Bay F1 circuit and the celebratory fireworks on Sunday. Plus, Level33 will feature multiple screens and live race commentary to immerse everyone in the action. Choose between dining comfortably indoors or head to the terrace for panoramic views.
On the Formula 1 Indulgence Menu ($168++ per person, with a minimum of four to dine), you’ll start with freshly shucked oysters, Australian sashimi and burrata before moving on to Australian wagyu bresaola. As usual, expect to see Level33’s beer infused into the dishes. End with organic coffee and stout cappuccino or the mango and rum roasted pineapple tart.

6. Mashi No Mashi
Get amped up with a pre-race feast at Mashi No Mashi, a wagyu ramen specialist that’s touted as the world’s first and only. The party features wagyujiro ramen, free-flow booze, and wagyu dim sum bites and sides.
