Savour this Michelin-starred chef’s signature creations at this new communal dining restaurant at COMO Dempsey
Another culinary icon has finally made his way to Singapore! In the foodie enclave of Dempsey Hill, you’ll find Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Dempsey Cookhouse and Bar – the Michelin-starred chef’s first foray into Singapore’s dining scene.
This open-concept kitchen in COMO Dempsey focuses on communal dining and will feature a menu personally crafted by Chef Jean-Georges. Naturally, you’ll find the chef’s signatures here like the egg-accented mushroom pizza, the prosciutto wrapped pork chop, and the absolutely decadent molten chocolate cake (yes, this is the man who invented it by accident all the way back in 1987!). You’ll also find a section dedicated to caviar dishes on the menu, another specialty of the chef.

While the menu offerings and the chef’s Michelin-star heritage might suggest a fine dining experience, The Dempsey Cookhouse and Bar aims to be a “familial and relaxed” space. And that’s just fine by us, ‘cos who wants to worry about dress codes when you’re tucking into an amazing meal with your friends?
