Jessica combines her love for yoga and acrobatics by founding Acroyoga Hong Kong in 2008. Having taught yoga full-time since 2015, Lee travels around the world spreading the message that yoga is for all, as long as you have the right attitude and mindset. Currently training to become a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga instructor, she continues to challenge herself in the world of yoga and beyond. 2. Ant Haynes @anthayneshk
With over 20,000 followers and counting, Ant’s Instagram feed is a testament to his underlying fitness dedication. After hanging up his rugby boots, Haynes turned to CrossFit and co-founded Coastal Fitness with his brother Ed in 2008. In need of fitspiration? With a coaching background in racquet sports and golf in Scotland prior to his move to Hong Kong, bilingual Dan now focuses on strength and conditioning. Having worked with some of the top gyms in the city – namely Ultimate Performance and Warrior Academy, he has recently become one of the brains behind the new fitness centre Goji Studios. Originally from Canada, the former professional dancer co-founded BounceLimit Hong Kong, Asia’s first trampoline fitness studio. Local gal Sophia is out here to inspire other women to powerlift and feel their best self. As someone who recovered from anorexia nervosa, Sophia is an inspiration to women and men of all ages. She has been powerlifting for about three years and a half and she has openly shared her experiences on her social media. She took part in the Hong Kong Powerlifting Federation’s HK Open 2021 and won 1st runner-up. You go, girl!
