Nood Food introduces four new impossible dishes
Nood Food goes impossible as it joins the latest food trend with the release of four Impossible dishes that’ll have vegans jumping for joy. Introducing two action-packed Impossible burgers; the Impossible Nood burger ($128) and Impossible jalapeno burger with guacamole ($138) mmmmh… that’s not all, the innovative menu also includes Impossible Moussaka and Impossible Chilli served with garlic toast.
Impossible food also contains twice the amount of protein than beef making it the perfect post-workout or vegan bite this September!

Rathfinny launch their first sparkling wine
After 8 years, Rathfinny are excited to announce the launch of their first sparkling wine; a Blanc de Blancs 2014 and a Rose Brut 2015. You’ll be able to find a glass of these elegant wines at many premium restaurants and bars across Hong Kong, including Arcane, from 4 September. Saviour the wonderful aroma of peach or enjoy the Brut with its distinctive long distinctive finish. The aftermath will leave you with a taste of peach and yearning for one more glass.
#Slusherols in September
If you’ve been struggling in the heat like us, you’ll be thrilled to hear all bars and restaurants under JIA Group will be showcasing their month long cocktail series #Slusherols, designed to quench the thirst and give you some much-needed respite. Modern, frozen spins on traditional Aperol, flavours include: Passionfruit (Chachawan), Mango (Mak Mak), Coconut (Commissary), Strawberry (Aberdeen Street Social), Pineapple Tepache (Potato Head), Lemon (Behind Bars) and Lychee (Old Bailey).
For all of the cocktail lovers, if you work your way through the venues collecting stamps from each drink then you’ll be in the running for a rather luxurious prize – $20,000 catering voucher. Shucks, what a shame we’ll have to drink more cocktails…
