The innovative Japanese restaurant Shiro has recently had a facelift and is back at Pacific Place, serving carefully crafted sushi and contemporary dishes. Curated with iridescent jelly and seasonal delights, the crystal sushi collection features vibrant ingredients such as caviar, rose, ume and scallop. Shiro is also one of our fave child-friendly restaurants since they have a junior menu (from $118) that comes with origami sets to keep the small ones entertained.

2. Lumi
A hidden gem located on the third floor, Lumi serves luscious French Japanese cuisine created by renowned chef Kihachi Kumagai. We are huge fans of their all-you-can-eat weekend brunch ($270 or $338) where you can savour over twenty freshly-made signature dishes like Seared Maguro Salad, Sauteed Boston Lobster Tail Linguine and Peach Melba. Lumi’s afternoon tea ($298 for two) and grab-n-go lunch ($56-$76) also provide great value for the money, making them not just a popular hangout for office workers but also local celebrities.

3. Bizou American Brasserie
Serving all-time American favourites, Bizou is a perfect hangout for different occasions, whether it’s a working lunch, a cocktail at their bar or an intimate dining experience in their private room. Guests can enjoy buy-one-get-one-free happy hour drinks along with a complimentary hors d’oeuvres buffet, making it one of our fave happy hour spots in Hong Kong.
