Sink your teeth into burgers inspired by pizza, satay and other American recipes at Hard Rock Café’s Asian edition of the World Burger Tour
Fine dining and cutting-edge cuisine are fantastic, but sometimes, all we want to do is sink our teeth into a good ol’ fashioned, meaty, messy burger. And in recognition of June being World Burger Month, Hard Rock Café Singapore will launch its Asian edition of the World Burger Tour.
The tour features an all-burger menu showcasing four new internationally themed burgers as well as a selection of specially curated cocktails. Take your taste buds West with the Big Little Italy Burger (Angus Beef patty topped with melted Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce and sautéed mushrooms), the Giardiniera Deli Burger (Angus Beef patty topped with roast beef, melted provolone cheese, giardiniera peppers and Sriracha mayonnaise), and the Golden Gate Burger (Angus Beef patty topped with sliced salami, grilled onions, Swiss cheese, pickles and thousand island dressing, served on a sourdough bread). But of course, they haven’t left out ’em Asian spices too. If you like your burgers with a homely Singaporean flavour, you’ll love the locally inspired Satay Burger with cucumbers and a decadent peanut sauce.
But hold up, before you head on down to the Hard Rock Café with its iconic Cadillac at Orchard Road, take note that the original premises is now closed for renovation. Instead, you’ll have to head over to Hard Rock Café at Sentosa. But fret not, we promise you it’s every bit as rockin’ as the original dig.
