Wordle is great and all, but if you’re looking for something different, check out these fun alternative word games. Warning: some are NSFW.
We don’t know about you, but we’re obsessed with Wordle. This word game has become part of our daily routines – I personally play it while sipping on my morning cup of coffee. Yet, we know the time will come when things get a little stale, so we’re preempting the future and presenting you with a list of alternative word games to continue the fun. Be warned, some of these are a bit more on the adult side (so stow those phones away in front of the kids).
Word games to play when you’re bored with Wordle
1. Quordle
If you don’t feel challenged enough with Wordle, take it to the next level with Quordle. This word game challenges you to solve four Wordles at the same time. You heard that right. We tried to give this a go, and it’s nothing short of intimidating. Thankfully, you’ll have nine guesses instead of six to get it right!

2. Lewdle
If the use of profanities and vulgarities is offensive to you, stop here and move on to the next one. In short, Wordle is a game of words. But Lewdle is a game of, well, rude words. If you’re the type to be entertained by obscene humour, you’ve got to try this.

3. Word-leh
One for the homeland, Word-leh is the Singlish version of Wordle created by Singaporean software engineer Sha-Mayn Teh. The word game sports words like “bojio” and “shiok”. If you’re familiar with local lingo, we promise you won’t find this too “cheem”.
