Craving a Christmas spread with Oriental flair? Book a table for Hai Tien Lo’s six-course festive menu. Highlights include sliced barbecued suckling pig and jellyfish with chilled honey peppered ham salad; double-boiled soup with lobster, abalone, dried scallops and Chinese mushroom served in young coconut; as well as stewed Japanese rice vermicelli with Australian scallops and fish bean curd in superior stock. If you’re in the mood for a tête-à-tête over dainty bites, delight your palate with Atrium Lounge’s festive afternoon tea. Expect teatime treats with a Yuletide spin. Think: smoked turkey with camembert, mixed berries trifle, and ginger spice macarons. Tuck in while sipping on tea or coffee at one of Pan Pacific Singapore’s iconic atrium pods for an afternoon of lounging. Or, take the guesswork out of crafting a feast with the premium Christmas bundle, which comprises traditional roasted turkey, slow-cooked Kurobuta pork belly, slow-roasted Australian beef rib eye and strawberry yuzu cake.

Drink, feast and party till 2024
Pan Pacific Singapore switches on its party lights when the last day of the year rolls around.
