Christmas menus with a delectable twist
Up for Christmas dining with a creative spin? Head to modern Mediterranean-Peruvian restaurant Mosella for its festive set lunch and dinner menus available throughout December. Whet your palate with appetisers like carpaccio de gamba and ceviche de conchas, before tucking into your choice of a savoury main. Highlights include the signature cochinillo asado (Spanish suckling pig with apple and calvados puree, and pork jus), beef rossini (grass-fed beef tenderloin), and porcini mushroom risotto. To cap off the indulgence, pick your fancy between the delightful mont blanc, and chocolate and gianduja dessert with hazelnut feuilletine.
Come Christmas Day, book a spot at Mosella’s a la carte brunch. Let the indulgence begin with the 48-month Iberico ham, gazpacho de melon, or fresh oysters with pisco sour foam and wafu sauce. Continue the feasting with sizzling selections straight off the parrilla, including US prime beef short rib and juicy chicken skewers. To end the feast on a high note, try the well-loved Peruvian sweet treat, pina quemada. Psst: we hear this festive brunch is also available on New Year’s Day, so secure your bookings early!
Wanna take this holiday indulgence up a boozy notch? At $88 per pax, say cheers to 2.5-hour of bottomless prosecco, cocktails, wines, beer and more.

Savour festive art for tea
Fancy some edible art for tea? Trust us, these delicately-crafted pastries (think: edible Christmas trees, baubles, reindeers and gift boxes!) from Florette’s festive afternoon tea menu have us completely enamoured. Take a bite into bakes that taste just as delightful as they look, with standouts like the Black Forest Christmas Ball that’s swathed in guanaja 70% dark chocolate and morello cherry confit; and the Reindeer filled with dark rum and raisin bavarois. Don’t miss out on the bite-sized savouries too, with the likes of Atlantic lobster and caviar, and egg and black truffle sandwiches.
Psst: this is your chance to do good and spread cheer, too! In partnership with non-profit charity organisation ExtraOrdinary People, Pan Pacific Orchard will be donating $5 for every order of the festive afternoon tea, in support of individuals with special needs.

Nestled in the hotel’s lush garden terrace, this champagne and oyster bar also makes for an enchanting spot to imbibe a tipple (or two). This Yuletide, treat yourself to an evening of free-flowing Taittinger champagne or prosecco, along with endless rounds of festive cocktails, wine, and sodas.
