Fullerton Hotel Spa
Opulent is the word you’d automatically think of when it comes to The Fullerton Spa. Besides the obvious reason (it’s located in the sprawling national monument), it uses products by award-winning Aromatherapy Associates – these are made with natural ingredients, the purest extracts and essential oils, and are paraben free. Express treatments include thirty minute back relief massage, and an invigorating foot massage using rich black pepper, fresh rosemary and ginger.

We’d recommend the 5-in-1 therapy ($58.85) for a mind-melting head-to-toe massage for your head, shoulders, neck, hands and feet. If you’re popping in on your lunch break, the 30-minute 4-in-1 therapy ($40.66) does the trick of easing your knots and relieving tension.

Who says you need to settle for less than stellar pampering on your lunch break? Head to Remède Spa at The St Regis for a soothing break from work. Ease muscle stiffness with the 30 minute back massage, or feel all your tension ebb away with the 45 minute stress relief massage. Got 10 minutes to spare? Chop! Chop! Massage Express
This massage hot spot regularly sees long queues – it has its affordable prices to thank for that. We’d recommend the head, neck, shoulder and back massage for the desk bound. Sessions range from 10 minutes to 40 minutes. But massages aside, if you’re in need of a quick shut-eye, the spa also offers a half-hour power nap service ($20 to $28).
